Still No Sign Of That Blue Wave, But...

h/t Kenny

Pretty sure he won't be getting a Kwanzaa card from BooBoo and Michelle this year.

Good news in CA: that darned Constitution thingie has struck another lunatic law down here in Califrutopia:
(CALIFRUTOPIA) Today, federal Judge Troy Nunley ruled that a California law banning licensed gun dealers from displaying handgun-related signs or advertising is unconstitutional and violates their First Amendment rights. The lawsuit, Tracy Rifle and Pistol v. Becerra, is supported by Second Amendment civil rights groups The Calguns Foundation (CGF) and Second Amendment Foundation (SAF) as well as industry association California Association of Federal Firearms Licensees (CAL-FFL).
For Bonus Diversity Points:

The judge who made the ruling is black, and an Obozo appointee to the federal bench.

"Lookin' like somebody jes' escaped de Blue Massah's Vote Plantation! Set de hounds after 'im!"

#Walkaway strikes again.

BTW, that particular CA law has been on the books since 1923, so it only took the federal bench 95 years to discover the First Amendment.

Judge Nunley hereby gets the Antonin Scalia Award For Jurisprudence, for applying the law with common sense, exactly as it reads.
