Justice Delayed Is Justice Denied

 h/t Middle Of The Right

Nurse arrested by Officer Douchebadge for following the law settles for $500,000.

I'm guessing mediocre lawyering. There should have been another zero there ahead of the decimal, minimum.

And, as usual, the idiots at Fox News fucked up the story by the first line: she didn't refuse to let Officer Douchebadge draw the blood. She refused his illegal demand that SHE join a criminal conspiracy to draw it HERSELF, and become an accomplice to battery on an unconscious patient, and violation of civil rights under color of authority. Pity Fox can't afford anyone with a high school diploma to look that detail up for them. Layers and layers of editorial oversight.

And rather than being charged criminally under state and federal law for those felonies, Officer Douchebadge, though fired by SLCPD, is still free, and trying to get his old job back. No, really.

If ever someone needed to go away and eat his gun for the good of society, Officer Nursebeater is the poster child.

There's only one thing we have to thank him for: Officer Douchebadge's inspirational, brazen, and profligate violation of his oath, the law, the US Constitution, and all common sense and decency, and his total commitment to outright over-the-top jackbooted thuggery, which he'd obviously been doing his whole career, roused us enough to begin memeing. (5-8K of 'em, at last tally.)

You can blame him or thank him, as ye will.

Either way, he's still unmitigated human debris, and his entire family line should be erased from the genetic pool, on general principles. And anyone who killed him, deliberately or accidentally, should receive a Presidential Medal Of Freedom for public service.

At the very least, the Governor of Utah and the Mayor of Salt Lake City should both award that nurse a commendation for upholding the actual law far better than the douchebadged thug at SLCPD did that day.

There's already enough sheep pens in Utah that the state, and the nation, could be considered well rid of that additional giant piece of walking shit, and anything that happens to him between now and whenever he kicks his oxygen addiction is totally justified.

If You Can't Do The Job Right, Quit, Or Kill Yourselves

MPD, circa 2021.

Go to Divemedic's blog.

Read that entire post, and watch the videos. He tells this in exquisite detail.

This is not "bad tactics", however. It's institutional insanity.

This is where the former judicial system of the Royal Navy should take precedence:

Those officers - the entire convoy - should be rounded up, fired en masse, and horse-whipped to bloody shreds for no less than 24 hours apiece, regardless of whether they die at any point, with the punishers - from their own department, no less - working in batches lest they tire (defaulters and shirkers to be placed in with the culprits), in the city square in front of the courthouse, televised live citywide, with every off-duty officer in that county, and the families and children of the culprits, including any child over the age of 5, mandatorily present to witness the event until it's over. Any survivors to be subsequently pilloried in front of City Hall for 30 days and nights, untreated and unguarded.

Then the entire surviving MPD left afterwards should be required to knock at the door of every residence, and sincerely and personally apologize to every citizen of the city, until they're done.

And the chief of police and every officer in their direct chain of command should be sentenced to 20 years for corruption, attempted murder, and criminal conspiracy, pour encourager les autres.

But as they won't be, every officer in the MPD that dies "in the line of duty" for the next century has it coming.

"A few bad apples" my aching ass. Fire them all, and start the prosecutions, for cause. Citizens there should be given full carte blanche to shoot at the MPD on sight, without prior warning, and all such incidents excused under all state and federal laws.

The MPD cure of "law enforcement" is worse than the disease of "crime". They're the problem, not the solution. And it didn't start yesterday, or last year.

This is why you defund the police: anarchy is a better government than Gestapo tyranny. And all but the most delusional and deranged copsuckers know it, not just here in the wake of multiple incidents, but in formerly polite and proper Canuckistan, after seeing the Mounties trampling unarmed grannies for sport, and down under in Ozshwitz, after watching their local gauleiters use the Oz polizei to throw people into COVID konzentrationslagers because they were Vaxx Juden.

If beating the hell out of random citizens trying to protect their businesses while the police go out shooting random people on "hunting trips" rather than arresting actual rioters is how your local fuzz respond during city-wide riots, the best thing you can do for public safety, and your own well-being, is shoot them all in the face, on sight. More and more, the worst of them are all but begging for exactly that sort of response, from Joe Average. Eventually, that's exactly what they're going to start getting.

A weak second-best would be to fire the entire department for cause, and start from scratch, trained by the state police under transparent full outside scrutiny, for the next 25 years, and only turn them loose when they get to where they can do it themselves without having their hands held, and without ever again getting accused of turning lose Brute Squads with official sanction.

Nazi Germany was not supposed to be an instruction manual.

Canadian COSPLAY Stormtroopers: May The Farce be With You

Kick her ass, sturmabteilung! She might have her dentures in!

99:1 the entire RCMP shits their pants the minute Canadians start shooting back.

D.C., if you're listening in:

Try that approach here, and it'll likely be open season on the lot of you, in 0.2 seconds.
Bring on the pink-haired 69th Transectional Dildo Brigade.
They'll become a supply point, not an oppression asset.
People here outnumber your combined forces 200:1. I like our odds.
And f**k non-violence. You had your bite at that apple. People here are ready to take scalps. [Hint: not metaphorical ones.] Capt. Parker's words come to mind: "If you mean to have a war, let it begin here."

But if you must play, bring your best weapons early.
Our side needs to level up on machine guns and grenade launchers.
Most of us already know how to use them, and have for 10, 20, 40 years, and more.
We were taught by the best, and those drills yet live in our minds and fingers.
You can spend your declining days (trust me, it'll be days for you lot, not years) being Hans Gruber in this morality play, if you like.

Canadian Bacon

There is no functional difference between riding over
people with horses, and grinding them under tank
treads. Which even the ChiComs didn't do.

Turdoo and his jack-booted thugs have graduated from trampling rights to trampling unarmed handicapped non-violent protesters.
Well played, reichsführer und geheime staatzspolizei.
Turdoo and his Turdooligans now have a casualty count.

That was their "freebie". Hope it was worth it. Especially if it's paid back tenfold.

Every member of that mounted unit deserves to be hunted down and killed on sight.
Pour encourager les autres.

What the people of Canada will actually do to their Canuckistani overlords remains to be seen.

The only police in Canada who deserve any dispensation from the populace are those who resign in disgust over this, immediately.
Anyone of them who stays now is part of the rent-seeking "just following orders" crowd, and deserves everything they get from here on out. Coast to coast, from the border to the North Pole. Hopefully to include Nuremburg-like show trials at some point, and fine public hangings, in batches.

If Turdoo was looking for a quick way to turn most of the population of his country into Irish Catholics in Belfast, he may have found just the way to do it.

Now he can reap the whirlwind. And in a just universe, swing by the neck in that breeze.
Sooner, rather than later.

And D.C. should pay attention. Unlike Canadians, those of us south of that border are not known particularly for either our tolerance, patience, or pacifism.

Ingenuity, on the other hand...

Quisling Amerikanski tow companies backstab Canadian protest

Overheard from Guido the Killer Pimp:

I find it hard to dispute such timeless wisdom from so sage a source.

The communist ass-suckers driving those trucks should reconsider their long-term employment plans.

One can but wonder what happens when those companies and their equipment burns to the ground, and then five minutes later another protest at the same bridge springs up spontaneously.

Jack-Booted Thuggery

 h/t 100% Effed Up

NYfPD Diversity Hire ThugPig in action.

Blue Bloods is great television. But it's entirely fictional.  The video at the link is the real NYfPD, up close and personal, with all the lipstick off the pig(s).

And Ofcr. BLM Jackboots clearly has no idea the significance of the phrase "just following orders", nor why it's always a poor defense.

But she's demonstration that once you start wiping your ass with the Constitution, it's nothing at all to walk all over the US flag for sport.

Fuck any good will from 9/11.

If the jihadis had taken out every building in that miserable rotten sh*thole, they would have qualified for a medal for public service.

Pity the rest of the state doesn't cast the Five Boroughs adrift, and wish them luck, as an independent city-state with no further voting privileges in the rest of the state's affairs. It would be an excellent precedent for the entire country, and put every blue hive sh*thole on notice that they were about to gain their total independence, and get to pay for the privilege out of their own pockets. Communism is a lot less fun without everyone else's money, and has a life expectancy measured in months at that point.

Brooklyn Burger King calls NYFC cops on patrons who refuse to show COVID vaxx proof

Fair enough. You want to carry water for The Man, you can use it to put out the flames that follow.

As in:

Bluff: Called. Your move, chief.

If you like your jackbooted fascism, you can keep your jackbooted fascism.

Mind the third-degree burns.

Day Three story:

(NYFC) In a stunning development, the only burger joints left standing in the five boroughs after a day of 472 unexplained grease fires, are the 87 of them still open who never call the police about people who don't show their vaxx cards.

Authorities have no explanation for this puzzling coincidence. The business owners could not be reached for comment, as the lines of customers waiting to order food now wind around the block.

We Don't Burn Down the Republic To Save It

h/t Peter

This, folks. And the source material from Hot Air. (If you can't find Hot Air without a link, you fail the Internetz.)

Some recent examples:

Dumbasses, at county and state levels, attempted use the current emergency to shut down gun stores.

The correct response to that is a sentence that ends "...sideways, with a rusty chainsaw; and the horse you rode into town on."

And POTUS (an absolute commie anti-gunner to the people who wear their AR-15s and a bandoleer of ammo to go to the bathroom inside their own houses - NTTAWWT), and the DHS, helpfully sent exactly that message, by declaring any and all 2A related business "essential", even - if not "especially" - amidst a pandemic.
Game, set, match, Jackie Jackboots. F**k off with that noise.

Some idiots tried to restrict abortions as non-essential procedures during this.
They're jack-booted thugs, full of the exact same amount of sh*t as Nancy Alzheimers and Chuck U Schumer.

Some other monumental jackholes have held mass church services during lockdowns.

I'm pro-free exercise of religion, and anti-abortion, but both of those moves are fucktarded beyond belief.

The state - any state, under any form of government - has a compelling interest in preserving the health and well-being of its citizenry. In fact,  protecting their lives, liberty, and pursuit of happiness is the exact sine qua non without which they descend into replaceable tyranny, deserving of a rope or a guillotine, in short order, by that citizenry.

This is why "religions" claiming adherence to their holy tenets of temple prostitution or child sacrifice get short shrift in cases before SCOTUS, or any lesser court.

What should have happened is, whatever dimbulb fuckwit running that church should have shown the sense God gave a jackass, and not held that meeting. Nota bene I did not say "not hold any meetings, ever". Nor is decertifying them as a church in perpetuity allowable. That's jackbooted thuggery of the same stripe.

But what the state should do when Pastor Shitforbrains (and he is, and has them) held that meeting during a quarantine, is simply fined him, personally, and all present, at the rate of $1000 per attendee per occurence, and the church for $100,000 per occurrence. (E.g.: If 500 people show up, the pastor owes $500K, the 500 owe $1K@, and the church owes another $100K. Lather, rinse, repeat.) If God loves such stupidity, maybe the heavens will rain money on them. If not, best re-think putting the Lord to such a foolish test, dumbasses.

It's also wrong to try and back-door ban abortion under color of crisis. There is a freshness date on terminating a pregnancy, which, sadly, continues to be legal in this republic.

If one wishes to change that, either:
- have someone COVID-positive cough on Ruth Vader Ginsburg, or wait for the actuarial tables to solve that problem;
- have Congress remove the issue from the purview of the courts (which they can do at a pen stroke, and even SCOTUS can't say boo to it), and then outlaw the practice;
- wait until a suitable majority overturns the idiotic Roe v. Wade/Dred Scot for babies decision, and let federalism solve that problem. NFY, CA, and IL will probably keep it, but it will become mighty scarce from about Pennsylvania to AZ in about a minute and a half.

All of those are smarter, and to put a fine point on it, legal and just ways to solve that tangle under the Constitution.

Trying to bootstrap your prejudice or predilection for that, or any other sillyass position, and slip it in under the sheeps' clothing of Kung Flu Response, is the sort of thing that should get you a nice scalding hot tar and chicken feathers spa treatment, and a ride out of the city limits sitting on a rail carried by the torch-and-pitchfork mob, never to be allowed to return.

We once told the mightiest empire in the world to get f**ked, and made them our bitch by making it stick. Doing the same to any would-be local Napoleons now should it become necessary, ought to be small work. Many of us are willing, able, and a wee bit more than enthusiastic about the prospect of that undertaking.

You want to get another revolution? This sort of happy horseshit is how you get another revolution.

Zero fucks will be given.

And if we have to chop heads off and string some bastards up while wearing gloves and N95 masks, or in MOPP Level IV, or just lobster bibs and carnations in our lapels, we'll manage, I assure you.

More Taxation Via Ski Mask

Borepatch takes a walk down memory lane regarding the Tobacco Settlement.
Governments love to tax. It's one of the few things they do well. Taxing cigarettes and booze is a historical specialty of governments local, state, and federal.
Those taxes are collected for doing nothing. The government doesn't grow anything. It doesn't have a factory. It takes no business risks. It just collects money from the sale of tobacco on a state and federal average of $2.70 a pack. I know the tobacco companies are making a lot of money. I think smoking is terrible. It's the governments that are profiting the most off tobacco sales.

RTWT.

And now OK and others want to transfer that model to Big Pharma, because reasons.

Again, this isn't The War On (Some) Drugs.
They never even used that as a pretext.

It's a War On Business, with the real aim being solely to fund bigger government. Any pubic benefit is and was no part of either equation, except by way of excuse-making and straw-grasping.

Nota bene the aim of Okiehoma statists is to use the J&J settlement to fund government treatment programs, and local government entities, from the state down, not to actually compensate or make whole the alleged victims, let alone not being addressed from any rationale that the effect was caused by the defendants.

It's a naked tax grab from innocent parties, being shaken down solely because they had a fat wallet.
This differs from daylight armed robbery...how, exactly?

This is simply taxation (in fact, a bill of attainder specifically against J&J via judiciary, which is doubly illegal) without requiring a bill for it to go through the state legislature. Instead of requiring a bill that garnered the support of 99 members of the OK legislature (67 reps and 32 senators) and was then signed by the governor, all of them responsible directly to the people, they only had to bamboozle one lackwit judge (with which clearly Okiehoma, like every state, is oversupplied) and presto! they get a windfall with none of that icky public accountability.
It should be overturned for a host of reasons, but on that ground alone would be sufficient cause to do so.

The Clinton administration and 50 states' legislature did the same thing with tobacco, and got away with it because every hog had his nose in that trough. But cigarettes aren't the same thing at all, morally or financially, as prescription medication, except that costs for the latter will be passed on directly, and forever, exactly as cigarette taxes are, but this time on everyone.

And BTW, if you don't think those cigarette taxes got tacked on to your Chips Ahoy and Oreos from RJR/Nabisco too back then (eventually forcing the conglomerate to break apart because of that tobacco settlement), just like J&J's hit will go onto the price of every box of Band-Aids forever, I've got a bridge to sell you.

Half-witted, and Half-@$$ed

h/t SiG and Kenny

If we had actual justice, court houses would all have a spiffy
show-and-tell display on the front lawn most days.

Much has been made on right-leaning websites of the recent roll-back of the Obozo-era EPA ruling that anything up to and including your child's wading pool was "waters of the United States" subject to federal jurisdiction.

Folks are celebrating because a half-bright judge recognized this went a wee bit too far.

Natzsofast, Guido.

This is merely the verisimilitude of justice.

It's also as stupid as taking your car back to the same jackwagons who didn't fix it right the first time, as if they'd eventually get it right after trying all other options.

The correct ruling would have been to abrogate the entire Act as a violation of the takings clause in the Bill of Rights, and refer the entire EPA SES from then until now to twenty US Attorneys in the specific jurisdictions for prosecution, for violation of civil rights under color of authority, and conspiracy to commit same.

The people that issue such rulings should be at risk of prison for overstepping their bounds.
Anything less is merely a bastardized monarchy without the handy option of direct popular regicide.

The Founding Fathers would have hung the entire EPA in Lafayette Park, and sold tickets to the event, followed by a bonfire on the site where their former offices were converted to charcoal and rubble.

"BYOB" on the invitations would refer to a wine bottle of high-octane.

BBQ, fireworks and a social dance afterwards, around maypoles decorated with the severed heads of former administrators.

Sending the EPA and Corps Of Engineers to their room, to rethink the "waters of America" statue, is like assigning a convicted child molester to community service by having them run a day care center.

What Could Possibly Go Wrong? Dept.

Boston Tattler circa 1775 - by special correspondent:
"(BOSTON - April 18 - Final) Correspondents to this journal have learned that owing to complaints from numerous loyal Tory subjects in Boston, Charleston, and vicinity, regarding their extreme unease and fearfulness about the steadfastness and mental soundness of their friends and neighbors in Middlesex County, General Thomas Gage, His Majesty's Military Governor of Massachusetts Colony, has issued an extreme risk protective order, ordering the surrender of all armaments by the inhabitants of that district, they being alleged to be no longer trustworthy with such devices, by royal decree. Sources report that Lieut. Colonel Francis Smith will depart westward with a detachment from the 5th Northumberland Regiment of Foot sufficient to serve this writ on the unhinged and aggressive inhabitants of the area, and compel them to surrender their weapons. As always, should any rebellious colonials wish to contest this seizure by due process in His Majesty's Courts afterwards, the customary pace of His Majesty's justice can be expected. One unnamed officer at Genl. Gage's headquarters is said to have remarked, "No subject of His Majesty needs such fearsome weapons of war as a cannon, nor a Brown Bess musket and bayonet. Ordinary fowling pieces for sustenance and defence of their homes from highwaymen and savages should suffice. If they need anything else beyond that, that's why His Majesty's troops are present here in the colony. And as ever, we are only a few hours distant by dispatch rider, should any serious trouble occur."

The Tattler looks forward to a full report on the expedition upon their return to Boston, expected at last report to be sometime tomorrow afternoon."

"Play stupid games, win stupid prizes."

Red Flag Laws = No Quarter Given Nor Expected

h/t Silicon Graybeard

I'm shocked! Shocked I say, to hear that the state that gave us deputies too cowardly to protect schoolkids has now turned their efforts to violating the rights of the wrong people as a matter of course:
This story didn't make the two local papers or any other local source I see, so we go to the AmmoLand newsletter today.  A St. Cloud (Florida) man had his firearms confiscated and his rights revoked because he has the same name as someone else.
Carpenter was shocked and confused.  What seems to have happened next is he dove right into the hornet's nest.  An innocent man who believes in the goodness and fairness of the system would do that.
Figuring it was a mistake, Carpenter called the Florida Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services to clear things up since he has never committed domestic violence against anyone. The representative told him he had to get a form from the Clerk of the Courts saying that there weren't any actions against him.
Of course they did.  When he went to the Clerk of the Courts, he was told there was an injunction against a Jonathon Edward Carpenter - a resident of a different address.  Carpenter told the agent he was not that person, had never lived at that address and had never been accused of any domestic violence.  That person directed him to the Osceola County Sheriff's office to clear things up.  Still thinking the state was just confused rather than malevolent, he went to the Sheriff's office.  He thought he could clear things up.

Not quite.

RTWT

This is just one of the first such instances.
It's nowhere near the last.

There's a fair and simple solution to this sort of nonsense:

Such "good faith" mistakes (which actually show nothing but contempt and malice towards the accused) should subject the clerk of any court and any sheriff responsible for enforcing same so implicated to full civil liability and penalties.

If any injury to defendant results, they should all be subject to criminal penalties as felony conspirators to the deprivation of civil rights, and that criminal prosecution should be automatic and mandatory, or else the district attorney deficient be added to the list of defendants.

In any case where resistance is offered because TPTB are in the wrong, full immunity from prosecution should be guaranteed. If anyone dies, the police responsible should face mandatory trial for murder.

When they have skin in the game, it will be a fair contest.
And when you see cops and legal apparatchiks wearing barrels and living in cardboard boxes when they screw it up like this, they might, y'know, pull their heads out of their asses long enough to check their info before they go swinging their executive branch dicks around, and end up getting them chopped off.

A moot law is no law at all, and one's original, natural rights take full precedence, and it's going to need to start costing them cops' lives to find this out. Since that's the only way they pay attention, I say "Game on".

They dealt the cards, let them play that hand, and see how long before their officers getting shot simply for getting out of the car at the wrong house is a commonplace occurrence, and they decide that lemon ain't worth the squeezin'.

"Just following orders", as a legal strategy, pretty much ran out of gas in 1946 at Nuremburg.

Red flag laws violate pretty much every tenet of common law in place since Magna Carta, and anyone killed for enforcing them deserves the full faceful of buckshot they've got coming.
Unfortunately, it's going to be the only thing to give them pause to engage their brains before enforcing such medieval Trial By Ordeal.

Or hopefully, wisely choosing not to.

You Get The Rights You'll Defend. And No More.

h/t Knuckledraggin'

Kenny is somewhat worked up about the prospect that the Minions Of Big Brother will be working overtime to thwart folks bringing ammunition back from Free America, in contravention of the latest outrage of the Califrutopia Legislature.

My contribution:
Jump through the hoops. Buy your ammo in CA. Save the receipts. Take it to NV. Come back with it. Get pulled over.
Pitch a bitch. Retain a lawyer. Go to court.
Present the receipts. Get acquitted.
Countersue.
Lather. Rinse. Repeat. And repeat. And repeat.
After a few seven-figure wrongful prosecution and false imprisonment settlements, and you can afford to have the stuff brought in by Learjet and hand delivered, and your name and license plates will forever be on the “Don’t F**k With This Guy Ever” List.
God help those badged jackholes when someone starts smearing smokeless powder residue on the bumper of every car in the parking lot at a Vegas casino (bonus points if you cut it with some form of 8 gazillion Scovill unit pepper sauce) with CA plates, and the orcs and their talking dogs have five hundred vehicles in stop-and-search, incoming traffic is backed up to Utah, and they come up with jack and shit. Bonus points for doing that over the weekend after 4th of July, and every other holiday weekend for the next year.

Do it to yourself, and be sure that the only thing in your trunk is a bag of Purina dog chow.
Fluffy and Officer Friendly will be reassigned someplace (even shittier than the Ag station – don’t ask) in about 0.2 seconds.
Cloward-Piven times BFYTW runs them off the rails in about a minute and a half.
Then they go back to really important stuff, like asking you about illegal fruit.
Next problem.
The reply:
"Sure, and the cost of a lawyer and lost wages to go to court makes all that worthwhile, right?
And as far as smearing a gunpowder solution or residue on car bumpers with California plates… well, we’ll just cause somebody else to get jacked up just to get our point across, right? That’s just fucking wrong. What about the law-abiding guy that’s carrying a gun in his car without a permit? You just sent him to jail."

Freedom isn't free.

We can pointlessly argue "Should be" all we want.
If people aren't willing to kick up a fuss over these kinds of jackassical laws, they'll lose the rights they don't defend.

As it is, even the Ninth Circus hasn't been very impressed with the Califrutopia legislature's anti-gun shenanigans of late, so I'm not expecting this one to pass the federal smell tests under Heller or McDonald either, let alone restricting a legal product, one that's legal on both sides of state boundaries, which probably also violates multiple federal laws on interstate commerce. The obvious aim of this nonsense, to simply hinder, tax, and further infringe on an individual constitutional right, has nowhere to hide in federal court.

"What next, your Honor? Requiring a background check and permit tax to exercise a First Amendment right?"

(And yes, CA has just considered a law that would issue "suggestions" to religions directing them to stop referring to homosexuality as a sin. That's just about an inch from the point where people are going to be inclined to start voting with triggers and nooses instead of paper ballots.)

But we'll never find out if everyone rolls over, or just runs and hides.

If everybody simply went for the court trial of every traffic ticket for six months, the courts would explode, and they'd stop writing tickets. The whole system is predicated on everyone rolling over for it and surrendering the little fine, forever.

You get the government you settle for.
Where would CCW and constitutional carry laws be in 40 states now, if everyone just gave up back in 1980?

Most everyone hereabouts knows this law is still in the first inning, it's not the final score.

And tying this nonsense to pretty much 100% of the Dumbocrat presidential clownshow candidates, particularly our own Senator Kneepads, can't hurt going into the 2020 election season either.

I'd have a tough time finding any valid argument against any level of resistance and monkeywrenching of this recockulous law, up to and including dragging the entire state legislature out and stringing them up to handy lampposts, just because, in lieu of impeachment and treason trials.

But I expect we'll start off opposing it by following Marquess of Queensbury Rules, at least initially.

(And BTW, a "law abiding guy" who's carrying a gun in his car "without a permit", is on the same level of jurisprudence as an "illegal alien" who hasn't broken any other laws. There are no "law-abiding" criminals. You want to make constitutional carry federal law, beyond the states' legal authority to legislate, and end "permits" forever, by arguing founder's original intent under the 2A, and I'll sign up for your newsletter and march in your parade. Until then, we're stuck with "Is", instead of "Should be". I'm no happier about that than I expect you are.)

Last I looked, despite Heller and multiple additional rulings on that case, and about a decade passing, you still can't get a handgun in D.C. So if you want to get hopping mad about something, ask why the US A.G. and FBI hasn't arrested the entire D.C. government, mayor, city council, city attorney, and the entire police leadership from chief down, jailed them without bail, and prosecuted them for conspiracy and deliberate ongoing federal civil rights violations times every citizen in the District. And then opened up a federally-run retail gun store on the Capitol Mall, open to everyone.

Given that egregious national failure, anything up to armed insurrection in the national capitol, and shooting cops in the face for trying to enforce their unjust laws, is fair game, and if it happened tomorrow, I'd send money to the resistance.

Breaking the law publicly and flagrantly, and then breaking a broomhandle off in Big Gov's tailpipe, seems to be the only tactic they still understand or respect.

So circumstances shanghaiing a few Normies at the checkpoint really isn't going to get me too worked up.

And what's "just fucking wrong" is passing such a blatant end run around the Second Amendment into law in the first place. Not dragging in the unconcerned. Some of them will doubtless have been the exact jackholes who voted this idiot legislature into office. Sauce for the gander. All out of fucks to give for them. They're getting the government they voted for, good and hard.

Another fraction will be those too stupid to pay attention.
So now they're red-pilled. Nope. Still no fucks to give about that either.

And the state, their Minions, and hundreds to thousands of other people, will be subjected and/or ridiculed for exactly the jack-booted thuggery this law was intended to create. Yeah, there's still a dearth of fucks showing up on the meter here.

The last fraction affected will be the ones who neither like nor voted for this nonsense.
They should consider themselves drafted into this fight, the first time they get pulled over at the ag checkpoints, and every time afterwards.

I have only one thought on that.

Open Season, No Bag Limits, Until They Learn

h/t Kenny

Tam noted yesterday:
Well, Patriot's Day passed without anybody doing anything to add a further anniversary to 4/19, for good or ill.
Natzsofast, Guido.

(ROME, NY) -- John Collins was standing outside the milk house at his dairy farm this morning when he heard yelling coming from inside. He ran in, he says, and saw his worker, Marcial de Leon Aguilar, pinned up against the window by armed men.
The men did not identify themselves and were screaming at Aguilar, Collins said.
"I run and say, 'What the hell is going on in here?'" Collins said.
Then the men told Collins they were officers with Immigration and Customs Enforcement. He asked them for a warrant or some paperwork to explain what they were doing. They had none, he said, so he ordered them to get off his property and leave Aguilar alone.
As this happened, Collins said, Aguilar's children watched. They were waiting nearby for the school bus to come. Collins said the officers put Aguilar in handcuffs and took him across the rural road to their vehicles. At least seven officers had come onto the small farm, Collins said.
Collins said he followed the officers cross the street and asked them why they were taking Aguilar, but he didn't get a straight answer. He also continued to ask for paperwork, but was not offered any by the ICE officers.
Collins followed the ICE officers across as they took Aguilar, in handcuffs, to their three waiting vehicles.
"I told them you can't come in here without a warrant," Collins said. "They can't take someone and throw them up against the wall because of the color of their skin."
Collins attempted to take photos and video with his phone. When he did that, he said, one of the ICE officers grabbed his phone and threw it into the road. Then they handcuffed him and threatened to arrest him for hindering a federal investigation, he said.
But then the officers uncuffed him and left with Aguilar in the backseat of a dark Dodge Caravan.
Twenty-five years since Waco, and federal fucktards still can't figure out why most folks think they should be shot on sight when they pull this kind of douchebadge Gestapo shit.

But they've STILL got it coming, 99% of the time, and it's probably the only way to weed the worst of them out.

"Seven unidentified federal agents were killed by local farmer when they were caught trespassing, attempting a kidnapping, and committing multiple other federal felonies on his dairy farm in upstate NY yesterday. Buzzards and other scavengers ate the remains before they could be removed."

Kind of has a nice ring to it.

If, after only 240 years of precedent, some feds still can't manage to color inside the lines, enough with them. Let them take the same chances as home invaders and other criminals, and they'll knock that horseshit off, or die for their sins, and no one will miss them. And if they do miss them, their aim will improve with practice.

I don't care if the guy they're after was convicted of serial murder of children and eating their beating hearts after confessing in open court; if a federal agent and his crew of thugs can't be bothered to obtain a lawful arrest warrant, announce and identify themselves according to policy, and produce the scrupulously correct legal paperwork on demand, instantly, they deserve the next mass shooting that arrives in their asses, and anybody doing that shooting deserves not only no prosecution, but a presidential medal for public service to the nation.

Every one of those assholes should be fired and face federal prosecution, then sued civilly until upon parole they have to live in cardboard boxes and eat dumpster scraps.

With great power comes great responsibility.
This is the kind of fail that should end in orange jumpsuits.

Trolling For Inmates: Amazon Caught Fronting A Sting For BATFE

From The Police State Ramps Up Department:

Link
Amazon.com, which has always prohibited the sale of firearms, has been openly selling a Glock-compatible full auto conversion device that turns a pistol into a fully automatic weapon. We are not linking to the purchase page for the simple reason that Amazon.com is running a trap, and we don’t want anyone to accidentally fall into that trap and end up spending 10 years in federal prison for buying this device from Amazon.
This device, for sale on Amazon.com for a mere $68 and described as an “Airsoft” accessory, is part of a sting operation where Amazon.com is attempting to entrap its own customers so that they can be raided by the ATF and charged with felony crimes for illegally possessing class-III (full auto) firearms conversion devices, which are strictly prohibited under federal law unless you complete an exhaustive application and approval process with the ATF.
Well-played, @$$holes.

BATFE gets revealed, yet again, as the same shitweasels that pulled off Ruby Ridge and Waco.

Amazon, and Jeff Bezos, get caught with their noses wedged up BATFE's sphincter. That should really help their bottom line in a tight economy. (Pssst! Jeffy! Maybe ask Target (NYSE:TGT) how that pro-tranny bathroom policy has gone for them this past year!)

And millions of unsuspecting Glock owners now realize that they can avoid the sting, but now know that there's a simple piece of hardware that can, with about 5 minutes' work, turn their tactical tupperware (relax, Glock-tards, I have a few m'self) into a totally illegal full-auto machine-pistol, should they feel the need, the need for speed!

I'm sure the home 3D printing market, and the ability of folks to machine parts at home with minimal effort, won't have any effect on things like this showing up regularly in the future, should the atmosphere where average folks live get completely sporty.

Nosiree, no chance of that happening at all.
There's no way to rule innocent men. The only power the government has is the power to crack down on criminals. Well, when there aren't enough criminals, one makes them. One declares so many things to be a crime that it becomes impossible for men to live without breaking laws. - Ayn Rand
Once again, cue the .Gov fist in glove with malignant corporatocracy, with adding another dystopian book, this time Atlas Shrugged, like Farenheit 451, Animal Farm, and 1984 before it, to the list of those that went from fictional work to instructional training manuals.

Couple that with Goolag(tm)'s decision to drop and de-list free-speech Gab, and it's past time for the AG to fire up a little anti-trust lawsuit or three. Let's redistribute a little wealth there. Bankruptcy concentrates the mind wonderfully on corporate priorities.

UPDATE:
For the retards in comments who got to this five days after Amazon pulled the original ad, and this is vaporware:
So suck it, 'tards. The internet moves pretty fast; try and keep up.
And wipe the derp off your chin.
