Hey, John Wilder (and "Unusual Whales", by extension):

(Graph as found. Reality is quite a bit harsher. And Gen Z would
be far better off if they hadn't learned math from 60's hippies.
They're about to learn it from their dead grandparents from 1934.)

(Dear JW:

I'd have posted this as a comment to your previous CW 2.0 post, but it keeps getting cock-blocked there, due to wonkiness. This is one way to drag me back here, kicking and screaming. Well-played.)

FTR, whoever "Unusual Whales" is, the graph line that suggests "Real wages" have increased 30% in the last 40 years is far beyond mentally retarded. And merits them an internet dick punch of Godzilla-ish proportions.

Wages since 1985 have cratered. Case in point, my parents' combined household income in 1985 was at the 50th percentile at the time, i.e the mid-point, nationally. Or notionally. Mine is currently at the 90th percentile nationwide, all by my ownself, IOW, better than 90% of US households. But for me to have the purchasing power they enjoyed near the household median in 1985, my paycheck would need to be larger than it is by seven- to ten-fold. IOW, I make 500% of what mom and pop did, yet the purchasing power of my income is only about 40% of what theirs was then. That's how much nothing my fiatbux "Real wages" command currently, and how badly "Real wages" have dropped.

Gold is gold, which is why the spot price is USD$4500/oz as I write this, compared to +/- USD$300 in 1985. That means a dollar in 2026 is worth less than 7% in real terms what it was 40 years ago. (You could look it up.) Let me turn that up:

A 2026 dollar is worth <7% of what a 1985 dollar was worth.

(And BTW, a dollar in 1985 is worth less than <7% of what a 1932 dollar was worth.)

For Common Core grads, that means your dollar now is worth less than 5/1000ths - 0.005% - of what a dollar was worth in 1932. ($1 x 0.065 x 0.07 = 0.00455. QED) A dollar currently is worth less, in real terms, than the cost for the ink and paper to print it. Maybe write that down on your hand in Sharpie, lest ye forget. We don't need zinc pennies anymore, because $1 bills are the new 1/2¢ coin. And the only people who've figured that out are EVERYONE who's selling you anything, worldwide, and why all your sh*t, from cars to houses to Happy Meals,  has zoomed in price. Gold hasn't zoomed. Your dollars are simply worth Jack, and Shit. That's how inflation works, with the Treasury printing fiatbux three shifts a day, and inflating the unbacked money supply by trillions, year after year. Fun times, dead ahead.

Oh, and that wasn't Boomers who f**ked you, Boomer-haters. You kneejerk know-nothings know who you are. It was every generation prior to Boomers, those born from 1850-1944 who own that. As anyone with an IQ about room temperature knows, when Nixon was elected in 1968, only the pitifully few Boomers born 1945-1947 - three years out of twenty one for that generational 1945-1965 demographic slice - could even vote for Nixon. But you dipshits "learned" - I use that term loosely - Common Core history from the same aging commie fucktards that taught you economics, which is why reality from both math and history is kicking the shit out of you in both ends at the same time. Stand up, and maybe let a cluebat smack you in the forehead, rather than the foreskin, and you might actually learn something, instead of spending your entire lives getting butt-f**ked by Reality. You public-schooled shithead simpletons. /rant

(This is also why comments from the people who chided me for saying "buy gold as a hedge against inflation, not stocks" from a year or five back haven't aged well. Suck it, chuckleheads.)

This reality is why Fiatbux - dollars, francs, yen, renminbi, whatever - are all finely engraved toilet paper. Don't make  me do a retard crayon talk here. The only things that have cratered harder than "real wages" since 1985 are Russian armored regiment performance, or possibly Minnesota fraud investigations. Even Catholic church child abuse investigations have improved more than real wages since 1985. To suggest otherwise makes CNN economic reporters and hosts on The View sound wise.

The "Real wages" line on that graph should actually look like Rosie O'Donnell's future media prospects, with the endpoint somewhere below my third paragraph in this response; to suggest otherwise - as that dickheaded graph does - deserves to have the creator of that graph punched in the throat with brass knuckles, then set on fire alive, dropped in a vat of av gas, and have the dwindling pyre shot at by hunters with buckshot. It's so far beyond cretinous, that actual cretins couldn't see the creator from here, even looking from the Webb telescope in space. If somebody can't get something that simple correct, maybe graphing things isn't their game.

Sometime between tomorrow and death, most of the world is going to discover firsthand what the inhabitants of Weimar, Zimbabwe, and Venezuela all learned about financial reality. It isn't going to be pretty. In a Wile E. Coyote running off the cliff kind of way. Mind the drop.

Just saying.

FIFY

 h/t Wilder

Refer to the original meme in case you're unclear.

Every vote helped Trump win, but trying to claim victory for the 5th-lowest scoring demographic, whose contribution was negligible, and without which Trump would still have received >51% of the votes, is simply beyond the pale, and borderline retarded.

It almost rates the Biff Tannen "Make Like A Tree" Award, but we'll be generous, and assume some amount of alcohol played a part in Elijah's calculations the day after Election Day.

One can but hope that Elijah's day job is not one where calculation plays a major part.

Economics Is Destiny

Semi-pro thorn-in-the-foot Michael is so busy crowing about his own gains at speculation in penny currencies, he forgot the bigger picture. He also missed that the point wasn't whether or not he could make money, but rather "If Russia is winning so hard, why are they taking it in the ass economically?"

I mean, geez, I made shit-tons of money off of Batman and Robin, but Warner Bros. walked away in a barrel, with no shirt or pants, and it killed the franchise until Christopher Nolan and Christian Bale got the thing off of life support.

So Michael's comment is like the guys wearing shirts in the movie biz in 1996 that said "Waterworld: I made money." Which was funny to them. To Universal, not so much. Pretty much like everyone who didn't short the ruble feels about how Russia's economy is performing now, and for the interminable future.

The value of the Russian ruble has dropped 40% in a year. Despite Putin pretend-backing it with gold. And it's also the only currency Vlad will accept for Russia's one and only valuable commodity: energy, in the form of oil and natural gas.

So Russia, by destroying the ruble's value, has just cut the price it's getting paid for oil and gas by 40%. Financial genius, right there.

On top of losing 60% of its energy export market overnight since February of last year, for which perpetual loss China and India haven't come close to making up. But they're getting their energy for bargain basement rates.

So the army isn't the only thing in Russia bleeding out its ass.

The Plural Of Anecdotes Is Not "Data"

Today,  WRSA linked to a Market Ticker post.

RTWT. Then forget everything you read, flush it, and jiggle the handle to take care of anything that remains.

The Good

There is nothing good nor useful here. It's meaningless, which sadly tends to be what happens too many times when Market Ticker ventures into medical topics. It's not data, but it is "bad", just not in the way either party intended. We shall explain.

The Bad

a) The Puerto Rican example mentions "177 individuals", "aged 8 to 84".

This is statistically irrelevant. Meaning it's ass gas, on its best day.

The smallest statistically meaningful data would be a sample of 1200-1500 randomly selected subjects, meaning a cross section of age, race, sex, and no volunteers. In fact, it'd have to be more than that, because you'd want two such groups: a control group of unvaccinated persons, and a similar sample who took the jab. So we're talking a sample 15-20 times as large as that group. So any conclusions from such a pitifully inadequate sample are diaper spackle.

b) The military group is worse, in that no size is mentioned beyond a "large number", and as the sample size is hopelessly skewed in favor of young fit males, rather than equal amounts of both (and there are only two) sexes and a more diverse set of age groups, it's totally worthless, except insofar as predicting for that narrow bandwidth of subjects. And for all we know, it was 20 guys. Or even 200. Doesn't matter.

Once again, diaper spackle.

The Ugly

None of the allegations have been published, meaning they're essentially wives' tales, unreviewed by anyone in any scientific or medical community, nor could be, for the exact same concerns we have already noted.

And the allegation at the source only alleges "cardiac markers", not actual cardiac damage. That's survey weasel words for "we may be full of shit".

Conclusion:

There is no objective evidence to reach any conclusions, other than a real set of studies, with sufficiently valid random sample sizes, ought to be done, controlling for all variables except whether a subject did or did not get Not-A-Vaxx, and quantifying any cardiac damage (or lack thereof) subsequently discovered.

It doesn't mean Not-A-Vaxx conclusively causes cardiac damage.

It also doesn't mean it doesn't do so.

No small part of any confusion or dismissal of those claims is because none of the vaxx manufacturers did any such human testing, including, as Deninger notes, simple lab and cardiac workups prior to administering the Not-A-Vaxx varieties to any test subjects.

Which has been the entire problem from the get-go.

Peawits have tried to paint us as being pro-Jab, when we were never any such thing.

What we were, was pro-vaccination, if a COVID vaccine was ever developed, in the same manner as every vaccine in history has been.

All of humanity still awaits any such thing, and in vain. We never got a vaccine for COVID, and it's obvious no such thing was ever sought to be produced, and our statements regarding an actual vaccine were conditional upon the creation of nothing less than an actual vaccine. What we got instead was slapdash crapola cross-bred with genetic experimentation, and as soon as the culprits let that wee tidbit of information out at large, we said not just no, but Hell NO, and encouraged all and sundry to do likewise. And at a certain level of duplicity, the effort slides from incompetence to actual deliberate malice, even for the deaf and blind investigator.

It may be that the Not-A-Vaxx causes widespread cardiac injury. We suspect no less, based on mountainous piles of anecdotal evidence.

But we're similarly convinced no such honest, valid, and comprehensive studies will ever be done to move from anecdotal hearsay to statistical proof, because to do them would be to pull the curtain back on the greatest act of genocide in recorded planetary history since Noah's Flood, followed, in short order, by torches, pitchforks, tumbrel carts, and mass guillotine executions unrivaled since the French Revolution.

And TPTB ain't got time for that.

That suspicion is not the same thing as proof of it, however, and as usual, Deninger plunges into the swamp without a compass or a clue. Just as globull warmism is anecdotal and anti-statistical bullshit, so is this latest attempt to pull science out of someone's underpants with accusations about as reliable as the FBI agents who investigated Trump.

Research and logical conclusions require statistical facts. Accept nothing less.

And stop listening to confirmation bias backed by anecdotal fairytales. It's no more correct from our side than it is when the lunatard Left does it. And it's embarrassing to have to remind people that there's no pass for entering contestants from the Special Olympics in the academic decathalon.

Being suspicious and skeptical is fine. We share your suspicions. But we don't call them "data", nor confuse one with the other.

Worst of all: WRSA, Deninger, and Steve Kirsch may all be correct, someday, but will be laughed out of the ballpark long before that day for trying to claim a home run without stepping up to the plate, hitting the ball, and doing the requisite legwork.

More's the pity.

Or, as my namesake noted, you'll get the wrong sort of reputation.
