Funny that asset forfeiture isn't a solution here, or even an incentive. It's pretty clear that these pols are flagrantly violating fed law; however, the mere presence of too many Franklins in farmer Joe's glove compartment is prima facie evidence of ill-gotten gains. Wonder why that's so...
