Sunday Music: Don't Do Me Like That

From Gainesville to Top Ten on the first single of their third album, a classic rock and roll cut from the late, great, and far too-early-departed Tom Petty that made life in late 1979 worth living. Sad that he's gone, because now the only chance I'll be touring with him, on my drum kit, will be playing along to his catalog in the garage some nights. But it's always a sold-out show, and the neighbors dig it too.

"Pack Up the Plantation" sir, and have some garage fun.
Guitar or drums, music to unabashedly jam to. We miss ya Tom.

Not that anybody will miss me, but I should be so lucky to live to 66. And I don't do drugs. Not sure why we expect everyone to live to 90+ years. Pre-Oil Economy actuary tables, males die at about 60. Don't waste any years thinking you'll live much past that as our medical industry implodes.

Might be common knowledge for big fans, but if you haven't heard of Mudcrutch, it was his first band. 2 more Petty albums for you, and they didnt even record them until 2008 & 2016.
