Basic Training - PT
Hours 1 and 2
Warm up: Daily Seven + one rep higher than first week.
Then LBD: Lower Body Development
Pick 5-7 exercises that work out your abdomen and legs.
Do one until you can't.
Jog in place or sprint for a minute to shake it off.
Do the next one.
Lather, rinse, repeat for each exercise, for 30 minutes.
Cool down, clean up, breakfast, and then on to the last day of fieldcraft.
At this point, if it doesn't hurt a little, you ain't training.
No one ever drowned in sweat.
