The fake news industry is blaming Trump for this on social media - they claim it happened because he called them out. They have generally been more careful in official reporting, but the whiny put-upon mentality is out there for public view unofficially.
The left has to blame everything on Trump, especially when their own failures are evident.

There has got to be some tactical use for this neat idea when dealing with semi-skilled personnel provided that technology is up and running...if needed encrypt the the 3 words either with a simple substitution table or something more complex as your people can handle.
