Basic Training: PT
Hours 1 and 2
This would be the notional third day of your first training week, i.e Wednesday.
Today you should be doing the same Daily Seven, 5-10 reps, whatever you started at.
That's for warm-ups.
If you want to work in some different exercises on different days, that's okay.
Especially if you swap out lightweight one for harder ones.
Then do max reps of pushups (your arms should still be sore from yesterday's UBD (Upper Body Development), a one minute max of sit-ups, and again, a quarter-mile jog.
For now, you're doing just fine.
Cool down, clean up, hydrate, and get ready for Day Three.
