The Ukrainians (or somebody) blew up a huge truck bomb on the Crimea to Russia bridge across the Azov Straits.
Several spans of the automotive bridge were dropped on one side. The automotive spans in the opposite direction look damaged.
There was a train with oil cars on the RR portion of the bridge. The explosion set several oil tanker cars on fire. The fire looks like it damaged the railroad tracks and bridge. No trucks, no trains for how long?
What does it mean? Russian Logistics to Crimea and Southern Ukraine are Forked Up Bigly. The Russians announced there is no need to panic, Crimea has two weeks of Gas. Huge lines immediately queued up at every gas station in Crimea. Some Russians are demanding Putin must immediately nuke Kyiv in retaliation.
The bridge assault sends a clear message that RU has dubious control of the SE region of UA. Nuke response? Won't rule it out, but might be deemed over the top even for this latest event.
I don't exactly know how we could have prevented the situation we're in, without the ability to travel in time, back to when we could have strangled the motherfuckers "running the U.S." in their cribs. Now, of course, it's going to be much messier. Not an incitement to violence, just simple truth. And remember that, except for the very few nefarious folks in our .gov; Ukraine is practically on another planet as far as the rest of us are concerned. And TPTB need to "pivot" to focus on our own border. And that's where our focus should be as well. Original Grandpa
Stopping the Russo-Ukraine War would have been simple if we re-elected Donald Trump to a second term. Trump would have built the Keystone XL Pipeline, continued ANWR Exploration and most of all, continued oil and gas leasing on federal lands. These steps would have put millions of barrels of oil into the US and World economy, lowered oil prices, and lowered demand for Russian Oil.
What would that have accomplished? Less money for Russia from oil and gas means less tax revenue for Putin and his military. War is very, very expensive. Putin knew he was going to make Billions and Billions from the higher oil prices, higher demand for Russian oil and gas, and huge new sales from Nord Stream II. If Russia did not have all that new money? Putin would have stayed home.
What else happened? Trump Stopped Nord Stream II Construction. Joe Biden removed the sanctions and NS2 was completed in December 2021. Was it a coincidence Putin started saber rattling in Ukraine in January 2022? NS2 was going to be put in service in Feb.-March 2022, until the Germans got cold feet over Ukraine.
Russia would have been OK, if their deluded plans for "A Short Victorious War" had come true. Except that corrupt, divided Ukraine did not roll over. Zelensky the clown did not run away. Now it is a long grinding war.
A war that never would have happened if Trump's Energy Policies were continued.

Not counting the news outlets or websites along the full range of accuracy and veracity, I follow multiple actual individuals' handwritten blogs. (Bot news aggregators don't thrill me.) Looking them over, many are current serving or former military and a couple are some variation of high-speed low-drag elite forces ninjas. Or just funny as all. Because life without humor is just despair. So in other words, the same folks I trusted in the military not to wet the bed, sh*t themselves, or otherwise run around like headless Nancys, are the same folks I trust on the interwebz, for demonstrating pretty much the same trustworthiness and circumspectly responsible behavior.
