And for those of you misbegotten souls in the gubmint, at every level, who think to yourselves, "We've Got This!", and think you've got your reins around the tiger, with your working spurs on, I would call to your attention a few choice words apropos of the day, and remind you that the switch that flips the words from misty memory to Present Reality,
has about 100 million fingers twitching just short of it, every waking moment, most of them looking for a reason to go ahead and do it:
"But when a long train of abuses and usurpations, pursuing invariably the same Object evinces a design to reduce them to absolute despotism, it is their right, it is their duty, to throw off such Government, and to provide new guards for their future security."
I mention that, because all y'all are about a New York minute from seeing what the bucking feels like when the people assert that right, and you get thrown off. You won't get what you like, and you won't like what you get.
