I've made no to-do over it, and it's probably escaped anyone's notice, but I have never, not once, referred to that demented stumblefuck above anywhere, anytime as president of anything. He never has been, and he never will be. You have to win an election for that, he's never done any such thing, and Stevie Wonder could see that from space.

The only sufficient reckoning for this level of banana republicanism inevitably ends in rivers of blood, and mountains of skulls. That was true then, and it's more so now.
