Sunday Music: Big Yellow Taxi

This particular earworm has been quietly sitting on The List since last June, waiting patiently for its appointed day, and now I find it eerily prescient, as I listen to the chorus, and think about the world and economy of only this past January.
Don't it always seem to go
That you don't know what you got till it's gone...
Truer words, gentle readers, truer words.

Appreciate what (and who) you've got, while you can.
You have no idea how fleetingly they may be there to enjoy.
Have a happy Sunday.

Hank Williams' song: "You don't miss the water 'til the well's run dry."

Alanis Morissette's song Ironic "Good Advice you just couldn't take" is the ear worm I've been hearing when I keep seeing stupid people doing things that will be COVID trouble in about two weeks.

New Hampshire's fairly quiet COVID situation and our excellent Governors well reasoned efforts to seek advice from business and healthcare has been tossed into the wind by a FLOOD of Massholes fleeing their COVID19 infested Boston and running amok with out masks or social distancing. The license plates tell the tale over 60% Masshole.

This Memorial Day's "Celebrations" will be generating more Memorials when the spike in cases overrules the Gilligan's shouts to run free and die.

Lets see how crazy "celebrating" the 4th of July is going to get. If the typical Independence Day celebration HONORED our Country I would understand BUT it's a BIG How Drunk and Stupid Can I get when Massholes arrive in bulk. I mean like how American to drive a powerboat drunk and run over swimmers stupid level.

BUT HEY!! Second COVID wave and SURF'S UP Baby. The "I Gotta RIGHTS" crowd have any sense of Responsibility to others?

We are SO SCREWED....

Fun song. The live version from the shows she did with the LA Express is a much better listen. Main memory from that is "Holy $h1t, is that ever a tight band!"
