The 25th does not remove the President. It only sets him aside temporarily. Until the President is impeached and convicted, resigns, or dies in office; he is still President, and the VP is only the ACTING President, and the President can return to duty if he is voted back in.

Here is an interesting question? Can the VP acting as President fire any White House Staff, or any Cabinet Members as long as the President has not quit or died? The Biden WH Staff hate Kamala Harris, can you imagine the infighting and backbiting that would occur if the 25th was activated, but Dr. Jill and Senile Joe refused to leave?

If the 25th was activated, it wouldn't apply to Emperor Stumblefuck Poopypants nor Sen. Kneepads, since they were never elected to either office.

So it's going to take something else to remove either of them.

Hmmm.... Aesop, you are looking at the glass half full. If Biden was selected not elected it means he can be eliminated by other means. (Hope springs eternal, yada, yada.)

@Aesop: I would be fine with an event using the Demon-Craps January 6th narrative as the script.

Because the actual event was just an unscheduled group tour of the US Capitol.

F. Joe and the Ho may not have gotten enough honest votes to win the 2020 election, but they were sworn in on January 20, 2021, and that is all that officially matters.

They have been presiding as our leaders and destroying our country for the last two years, so like it or not, those (deleted) are our current President and Vice President.

RD,

No way in hell.
You wanna play pretend, go ahead on.
Selected, not elected, and that doesn't trump reality.
Words mean things.

It's not a matter of pretend. The popular vote not only doesn't matter, it's not expressly necessary.

The president is chosen by the electors. That the electors are traditionally awarded to candidate with the most popular votes is a matter of state law at best. Maybe there are some states where that's the only way to end up with a slate of electors, but I can't say for sure.

They got enough electoral votes to secure the position. They are, for Constitutional purposes, the legally elected occupants of the office.

That they arrived there by fraud or chicanery is of no object.

That you or any of us still believe that elections matter is the object.

There is nothing that "officially matters, like it or not".

We have an illegitimate regime. installed by deception and fraud. That does matter, but not in the way that is implied by the "like it or not" phrase. "Not liking" such a condition means choosing between "do nothing but grumble uselessly", or "remove the offenders". It appears that "elections" are not a viable method to "remove the offenders".

The current Presidential administration is a television show with second-rate actors playing their parts badly. Biden and Harris are not leaders, nor are they truly responsible for anything. They are reading from scripts written by their sponsors. The sponsors have the good sense to remain hidden in the background and anonymous. It makes them harder to oppose or attack.

Blogger "Eaton Rapids Joe" has noted in his fictional short stories that most of our political leaders are merely "decoys." They are hired actors and completely replaceable if removed for some reason. One must save the removal efforts for the sponsors.

I had never thought of that before. There must be a great number of "local activity lists" which need to be heavily revised.

@brian,

It's all pretend.

You can't "legally" elect someone who didn't win the electors' votes to begin with.
Or did you sleep through 2020?
That they arrived by fraud and chicanery is exactly and entirely the point.
Pretending otherwise is as delusional as pretending a man can become a woman by chopping his dick off. It's psychosis, not reality.
A fraudulent election is no election at all. Pretending otherwise is why we're at the verge of anarchy now, and exactly why elections don't matter, when we can see them stealing them in real time in broad daylight.

This is why an inevitable war looms.

loom it does, Brother.
I just wonder how, where and when the flint strikes the frizzen and the sparks hit the priming powder...

"verge of anarchy now" is like a song, to some ears. I kinda like the sound of it
