Didn't they bring Iger back out of retirement to "fix" Disney after his replacement screwed it up beyond recognition? Looks to me like Bob doubled down on stupid. 'Course with the woke Kathleen Kennedy in charge at the creative animation dept, Lucas, is it any wonder that Disney continues to sink into oblivion.

I haven't paid much attention to who Disney hired as Snow White, but after looking at the meme, I realized she looks like AOC. Maybe they should have hired her instead. There's something touching about a former bar tender living with a bunch of dwarves. It's like porn, but family friendly.
They are over $400 million into this and of the $87 million gate last weekend, they only get half. Big money!
I predict almost as much money will be made on youtube, where we will be told how bad the movie is, than the movie itself makes.

How dense does a studio have to be to have the lead dissing the story line to the point that the target audience does not want to see the film? Even before it has completed production .
Actually, the standard rule of thumb is double the production budget, and halve the gross.
IOW, if they spent 225 to make a movie, the non-production budget is another $225M.
And the gross gets halved because the theaters and distributor get their cut.
So a $450M movie has to make nearly $1B just for the studio to break even.
This has become the biggest box office flop in history, just as the original animated Snow White, in absolute terms, was one of the greatest success stories in movie history. It literally saved Disney when they were nearly bankrupt, and made them the juggernaut they became for the next 60 years.
And the only one to blame in this is not really just Zegler, but Mauschwitz itself, because they created this epic woketarded disasterpiece all by themselves. What's incredible is that everyone knew the poisonous little twat was nuclear waste before they hired her for the part, and they still hired her anyways.
If this had happened at Sony, they would have left the producers in a room with a shot glass of sake and a tanto apiece, and expected them to commit ritual seppuku.
Until Disney corporate leadership is sacked en masse in an epic corporate bloodletting, they will continue to never miss an opportunity to miss an opportunity.
Disney earned this epic dick punch, because they did it to themselves.

theory: the new snow white was originally written for the chinese market. they just figured no one else would notice all the communist messaging in it.
That's true for pretty much half of all US movies made in the last 20 years.
