Today: $5.79₉/gallon for 87, and that was before the embargo on Russian oil was announced.
Six bucks a gallon? Already there in SoCal. (Don't worry elsewhere, it isn't like the semi trucks hauling 60% of the nation's cargo from ports here to you have to fill up their tanks here first and then...heywaitaminute!)

As a foreigner, I don't have much knowledge of chaps, but aren't they all assless, or arseless, as we say here?
I thought chaps were leather covering strapped over your work pants to protect against cholla thorns tc while riding the range. You strap them on, rather than stepping into them like pants.

It was 3.79 on Sunday in Hampton Roads VA. It's working its way up. I used to travel between SFO and ORF, there has always been about a $2.00 price difference.

Sam's Club-which has the CHEAPEST gas anywhere, was $5.09 premium, $4.86 unleaded regular-yesterday. That much I know. Costco, which is impossible without a 1 hour wait, is higher. (At least in Folsom.) A friend in the Bay Area, filled up at $6.59 a gallon. So, we can't call Emperor Funnel Cloud anything but a warmonger. Diesel? No wonder we have supply chain issues-including at the Big Box Stores. No trucker in his right mind risks trying to deliver a load without first demanding payment in gold. When Putin drops the canned sunshine on District of Criminals, we can get back to being Americans I guess. Until then; got a bike?

The goal of the criminals in power is to make gas so expensive that we peons simply can't afford to drive. Those of us who have jobs will be allowed to own shitty EV cars that we can get too and from work with. But they DO NOT WANT any of us to be able to get in a private vehicle and travel any meaningful distance. They want us totally dependent on public transport....which they can control. They are evil....never forget that fact.
