Item One: Hillary Clinton deliberately ran an illegal server and e-mail account while serving as Secretary of State, in direct violation of numerous federal laws.

During her entire tenure as Secretary of State, Hillary Clinton dodged Freedom of Information Act requirements by using a private email server to conduct official government business, as well as sent and received classified information that was Top Secret over an unsecured system—an “extremely reckless” (and obviously illegal) act.”

Item Two: The server was breached, facts known to fired FBI counterintelligence head Peter Strzok, then-Director of FBI Mueller (through 2013), his successor Comey, and had to be known to the heads of the CIA (Panetta, Petraeus, Brennan), NSA (Gen. Mike Alexander, Adm. Rogers), etc., the White House National Security Advisors (Tom Donilon, Susan Rice), and the leadership of the team investigating the server and breach in 2016 at FBI and DoJ, including DepAG Rod Rosenstein.

The Intelligence Community Inspector General (ICIG) found that virtually all of Clinton’s emails were sent to a “foreign entity.”
Two officials with the ICIG, investigator Frank Rucker and attorney Janette McMillan, met repeatedly with FBI officials to warn them of the Chinese intrusion, according to a former intelligence officer with expertise in cybersecurity issues, who was briefed on the matter. He spoke anonymously, as he was not authorized to publicly address the Chinese’s role with Clinton’s server.
Among those FBI officials was Peter Strzok, who was then the bureau’s top counterintelligence official. Strzok didn’t act on the information the ICIG provided him.

Item Three: During the exact time Shrillary was SecState, China was uncovering our long-established intelligence assets there with uncanny precision, and executing them, day after day after day.

China killed or imprisoned 18 to 20 CIA sources from 2010 to 2012, hobbling U.S. spying operations in a massive intelligence breach whose origin has not been identified, the New York Times reported on Saturday.
Investigators remain divided over whether there was a spy within the Central Intelligence Agency who betrayed the sources or whether the Chinese hacked the CIA’s covert communications system, the newspaper reported, citing current and former U.S. officials.
The Chinese killed at least a dozen people providing information to the CIA from 2010 through 2012, dismantling a network that was years in the making, the newspaper reported.
One was shot and killed in front of a government building in China, three officials told the Times, saying that was designed as a message to others about working with Washington.
The breach was considered particularly damaging, with the number of assets lost rivaling those in the Soviet Union and Russia who perished after information passed to Moscow by spies Aldrich Ames and Robert Hanssen, the report said. Ames was active as a spy in the 1980s and Hanssen from 1979 to 2001.

This isn't "just" lying about the deaths of a couple of brave and dedicated former SOF guys serving as security in Benghazi, criminally reprehensible as that is by itself. This is materially harming the national security of the United States of America, with reckless disregard (or malign neglect, if not outright collusion), and directly responsible for the deaths of 20 people.

Add that to the 27 39 58 193 now well over 250 people who've died since she and Fat Bill breezed into town in 1993 on the crest of a monstrous wave of scum, lies, corruption deceit, greed, and outright villainy. This is the modern American example of the Borgia Family times the Corleone family, and it has to end against a wall, or at the end of a noose.

For the last goddam time, Shrillary Clinton needs to be indicted, arrested, prosecuted, thrown in prison, and then that prison thrown away into a deep dark hole. For. EVER.

Some of our deeper coal mines would seem to be an obvious choice.

Failing that, put her against the wall, and shoot her for espionage.
When your gross deliberate negligence and wanton disregard for safety and security of protocols regarding classified information directly and materially contribute to the dismantling of an entire spy network inside a foreign power, that's treason, and national security violations invoking the death penalty apply.

Period.
Full stop.

And BTW, @$$clowns Comey, Meuller, Brennan, Clapper, et al knew all of the material facts related to this both at the time she was SecState, and later on, when they acted to clear her of any criminal culpability ahead of the election - twice, let alone during every step of the entire effort to go after Trump, and whitewash Shrillary's literal hundreds of thousands of federal felonies.

Indict them all too, and visit the same justice upon them, as conspirators before, during, and after the fact. This is nothing less than open sedition and treason, under color of authority.

And hey, guess who else had to know all of this, YEARS ago:

The answer to this kind of treason has to be the noose at the end of a rope.
File the indictments, open the trials, and build the scaffolds.

Ideally, in Lafayette Park in front of the White House, or else on the West Lawn in front of Capitol Hill.

This isn't some cheesey partisan campaign slogan anymore (and likely, never was), or mere red meat for the base in a tawdry political contest.

It's a matter of national security, and the survival of the nation, as such.
People need to be arrested, prosecuted, sentenced, and executed, or else sent to prison until they die there, as dried up husks.

This is Watergate times every allegation of communists inside the US government from 1940-1990, all of which have been proven, in broad strokes, and detail, over time.

It has to be answered by justice, and justified retribution.

Apparently not sitting in a black hood in some non-descript warehouse since January 2017, and swinging back at his boss' spot-on observations of his feckless dithering non-management and malfeasance in office, Jeffie Sessions has finally been firebombed out of hiding by the White House:

However, no nation has a more talented, more dedicated group of law enforcement investigators and prosecutors than the United States.” Sessions said.

"While I'm Attorney General..."? That's easily fixed, Jeffie, and it must needs be, and right quickly.

For the AG to spew that sort of puerile pablum in response to the blisteringly accurate critique of his non-presence as AG for nearly two years is to show that Sessions hasn't so much as read one newspaper, let alone noted the multiple, serial, institutional levels of treason going on in his department, 24/7/365, after he was sworn in, let alone for years beforehand.

Anyone so cluelessly unaware of what even the NYSlimes has cheerfully printed on the front page for two years is incompetent, senile, and manifestly unfit for office.

Fire the sonofabitch, Mr. President.
He's insubordinate, incompetent, and criminally stupid.

Don't do it at some cut-rate half-assed Saturday Night Massacre, either.
Do it on Monday morning, at 9AM, in the Press Briefing Room, tell the press he's been fired for inaction, incompetence, and insubordination to the Chief Executive, explain that such underperformance in a time of ongoing treason will not be tolerated another minute longer, introduce his replacement as AG, drop the mic, and walk out of the room like a m*****f*****g boss.

It's the D.C. alternative to taking Fredo Sessions out for solo boat ride, and it's long overdue.

Then fire Obozo-holdover Rosenswine.
Terminate the employment of everyone else hired at the agency from January 20, 2009 until January 20, 2017, and anyone hired by those hires during that period or afterwards.
Give them 2 minutes to surrender their credentials, and GTFO of the building, escorted by security officers. If there's anyone who you want to keep, subject them to a brand new proctological background examination before returning them to their posts.

Tell them their offices, computers, etc, are locked, and will be inventoried, and any personal mementos shipped to them via USPS after the IG's office goes through them.
Revoke the security clearances of everyone not actively employed and serving, subject to re-issuance as necessary for any call-back consulting, and anyone holding one after leaving office will be subject to annual audit and review, otherwise when you go, the clearance goes too. No exceptions, no problems. A clearance is for the government's convenience, not your private sinecure to peddle on K Street.

Tell Gormless Jeffie's replacement he has fifteen minutes to unplug the Mueller Special Counsel as the illegal and inherently biased witchhunt it's always been, and if he balks, fire that sonofabitch too. Keep firing people until someone with their head out of their ass buckles into the chair, and starts running the Justice Department with the focus on JUSTICE, rather than giving a daily tongue bath to the Obozo legacy, and the Clinton Family Crime Syndicate.

There was no place for that in America even in  2009, and there's sure as hell no place for it now.

Then conference call the US Attorney for Washington D.C., and Director Wray at FBI, tell them to open up a real investigation into the former Secretary of State's corruption, mishandling of classified information, destruction of evidence, and lying under oath, or the coroner's wagons and moving vans will be showing up at the Hoover Building by lunchtime, with a list of suddenly former employees, and the grand prize for any further footdragging will be a trip in leg irons and an orange jumpsuit to federal prison in custody of the U.S. Marshals not later than close of business.

It's time to settle all outstanding business, and let the country get on with itself.


When you're filling positions, just a suggestion, but I hear Jason Chaffetz and Trey Gowdy have been stuck in pretty toothless congressional jobs with no power to enforce the law (funny how that whole separation-of-powers thing works, huh guys?), but I understand they're both becoming available in the very near future. He, at least, can tell which way the winds are blowing in DC for the next six years, even if he should have gotten to that conclusion via direction from an inner moral compass, and not a windvane.

The Democrats will shriek and howl, but that's different from their two-year-long garment-rending, bedwetting, and feces flinging non-stop antics since 8PM EST November the 8th, 2016...how, exactly?

They howl, because they know what happens five seconds after doddering swamp salamander Prince Jeffie the Incompetent is deposed: subpoenas, indictments, grand juries, and jail terms, for pretty much everyone from Obozo to every guy who emptied the wastebaskets at DoJ and FBI since 2009, along with the entire Borgia Clinton Clan.

Maybe we can finally, at long last, end the tragic string of 17 38 53 197 suspicious but entirely coincidental and circumstantial deaths attributed to anyone who's ever crossed Fat Bill and Lying Shrillary, going back 40 years, and stop the dreaded Arkansas Flu from ever taking another innocent life.

And that prospect, followed by long prison terms - even in ClubFed minimum security lockups for the best and brightest - scares the living hell out of all of them.

Here's Your "Opioid Crisis": CDC Confirmation

(CDC MMWR July 13 2018) Fentanyl and fentanyl analogs are increasingly involved in opioid overdose deaths, and new fentanyl analogs continue to be identified (1). Carfentanil, the most potent fentanyl analog detected in the United States, is intended for sedation of large animals and is estimated to have 10,000 times the potency of morphine (2). It has recently been reported in an alarming number of deaths in some states. Ohio reported nearly 400 carfentanil-involved deaths during July–December 2016, and Florida reported >500 such deaths for all of 2016 (3,4).
CDC funds 32 states and the District of Columbia (DC) to abstract detailed data on opioid overdose deaths from death certificates and medical examiner and coroner reports through the State Unintentional Drug Overdose Reporting System (SUDORS). Twelve states began reporting in August 2017, and 20 states and DC will begin reporting in August 2018.* CDC analyzed trends in overdose deaths testing positive for carfentanil and other fentanyl analogs during July 2016–June 2017 in 10 SUDORS states (Kentucky, Maine, Massachusetts, New Hampshire, New Mexico, Ohio, Oklahoma, Rhode Island, West Virginia, and Wisconsin).^† States abstract data on all substances (both opioids and nonopioids) that contributed to death, as well as all substances for which the decedent tested positive.^§
During July 2016–June 2017, among 11,045 opioid overdose deaths, 2,275 (20.6%) decedents tested positive for any fentanyl analog, and 1,236 (11.2%) tested positive for carfentanil. Fourteen different fentanyl analogs were detected.^¶ Among overdose deaths with fentanyl analogs detected, the analogs were determined by medical examiners or coroners to have contributed to the death in >95% of deaths.

(The Federalist) In 2015, President Obama told America he only learned that his secretary of state Hillary Clinton was illegally using a private email server to conduct public business after The New York Times published a story saying so. Today’s release of a Department of Justice inspector general report shows that was a lie.
“FBI analysts and Prosecutor 2 told us that former President Barack Obama was one of the 13 individuals with whom Clinton had direct contact using her clintonemail.com account,” the report says in a footnote on page 89. “Obama, like other high level government officials, used a pseudonym for his username on his official government email account.”

Yeah, so what? Obozo wasn't under oath at the press conference.

I'll tell you what: Obozo was a sworn federal official and Harvard Law School graduate who knowingly aided and abetted a federal crime by the then-Sec. of State, Felonia von Pantsuit, and this criminal conspiracy was known to the sitting Director of the FBI at the time, James Weasel Comey, as well as most of the federal agents fake-"investigating" (read whitewashing) the Clinton e-mail scandal. That's a criminal conspiracy. It was impeachable at the time, and it's federally felonious criminal conduct, which is still prosecutable under federal law, right now, for all of them. 

We have impeached sitting presidents for less than that, and sent average people doing only that much to long stretches in the federal penitentiary system.

Forget those ham-fisted birth certificate forgery frauds, and 23 fake social security numbers. Forget Fast and Furious and ten dozen other open and ignored scandals in Obama's corrupt criminal administration.

Just that little stunt means that this morning, President Trump now has three choices:

One
Find feckless incompetent MIA AG Jeffie Sessions hiding somewhere behind the draperies at the DoJ, defibrillate back him into life, fire everybody from the Obama administration in the Senior Executive Service level and above at the FBI, and at the Department of Justice, and tell Sessions to direct the US Attorney for Washington DC to indict Barack Hussein Obama, Hillary Clinton, and James Comey for that exact criminal conspiracy, and all associated crimes, along with their 50 to 200 known minions participating in that, and about 2000 other federal felonies committed in just the last two years of the criminal crime syndicate enterprise known as the Obama administration. (And the similar treasonous cartel operations of the Clinton Foundation. Oh, and seize the latter's assets under RICO. Chelsea can get a job at Starbuck's while she's looking for a good lawyer.)

Abuse of power, suborning perjury, and all the other machinations of the attempted coup pre- and post-the 2016 election, which ended their scheme so disastrously.

Hound those crocked m*****f*****s to the ends of the earth, and pin everything on them that will stick, and get them sentenced to so long in federal prison that they'll never see daylight  the rest of their natural lives, unless it's pumped into their subterranean crypts.

Fire Mueller, end his crooked clown-show fake-news witch hunt, and tell him he'd better think about lawyering up himself, as a former head of the FBI who was probably in on the Clinton scam at the time as well.

And get rid of the Constitution-shredding FISA courts, once and for all. Repeal the Patriot Act, in toto. It was a colossal mistake when it was first suggested, and it's proven to be exactly the power-grab end-run around the Constitution everyone warned about nearly twenty years ago, and every day since. We have a Patriot Act: it's called the Constitution and federal law. Let's try using that, if only for the recent novelty of the idea. (And BTW, if Kennedy retires from SCOTUS, put Andrew Napolitano on the court; when Bader Ginsburg finally strokes out, replace her with Alan Dershowitz. Mr. Chief Justice Roberts will find himself writing a lot of 7-2 and 6-3 opinions until Kooky Kagan and Satanmayor go away.)

Then suspend every agent at the FBI, purge the agency of every tainted one (or cut to the chase, and just assume that 98% of them give the other 2% a bad name, and fire them all), and put an honest and honest-to-god gun-toting thug-shooting cop in charge of the Bureau.
No political-animal police chiefs, but someone who's killed bank robbers in the line of duty, and is so clean he squeaks when he walks; nothing less.
If Congress won't sit still for that kind of appointment, disband the entire bureau, and turn over all functions to the US Marshal's office. (Move Explosives from BATFE to there as well, hand alcohol, tobacco, and firearms to the Commerce department as a non-enforcement paperwork compliance activity, and disband BATFE as well, while you're up.) Expand the Marshals commensurately, and ban for life any transfer or application of any former employee of the defunct FBI, unless they can pass a proctological background investigation of sufficient discomfort and thoroughness to guarantee Vatican sainthood and functional virginity to anyone who can survive the ordeal. To the 2% of former agents worth the trouble.

And gently hint to CIA that anything they've done on American soil, including this failed coup, is going to result in a lot of sudden heart attacks, light airplane crashes, and hunting and fishing trip accidents, unless a few hundred to a few thousand people resign and retire to go run worm stands, taco carts, or renting bicycles in the Bahamas. Oh, and if there's so much as one tell-all book deal or magazine article, then everyone on the list gets it in the neck. And their families. Live by the Borgia family rules, die by the Borgia family rules. You knew the job was dangerous when you took it, Fred.

If you're going to drain the swamp, then by God, you effing drain it!

If Sessions can't or won't undertake that overhaul, fire him, and appoint someone, even as Acting AG, who will do all of that, like a pitbull on crack.

(And then send a quick love note to SecDef Jimmy Mattis that if he doesn't get the DoD and the last eight years' worth of cheesedick Pentagon general's and admiral's effluvia back in one bag in a big hurry, the same thing will be happening to his department next. The other Cabinet agencies will take the hint quickly after that.)

Raise the Chiquita Banana Republic flag over the White House, tell the peasants to eat cake, and announce to the world, whether anything is said officially or not, that the United States is now just another kakistocracy, run by corrupt thugs and incompetent buffoons for their own pleasure, who view the rule of law as a quaint old-fashioned custom, and then stand the f**k by for the bloodbath reckoning that'll be coming, every day from now until Hell freezes over.

(MORDOR ON THE POTOMAC) The House voted Friday to audit special counsel Robert Mueller's team to see how he's spending money as he investigates alleged collusion between Russia and President Trump's campaign.
Lawmakers voted 207-201 to attach the language to a veterans, military construction, and energy and water spending bill that was headed to pass Friday. 

The Justice Department reported in December that Mueller had spent nearly $7 million on the first four months of the investigation.

Eighteen months for this witch hunt, at over $1M/month, and he's got jack and $#!^ to show for it?!?

Fire his ass, turn over everything to the world, unclassified, unredacted, and walk the f**k away.

Then let the trials of Mueller, Comey, Clapper, Brennan, Lynch, and Felonia von Pantsuit commence in earnest. Probably HopeyDopey too, as he obviously knew about misuse of federal investigations to infiltrate and sabotage an opposing campaign, which is probably only about a dozen federal felonies right there.

After a week - or better yet, a year and a day - in the orange jumpsuit pen post sentencing, TPTB can perhaps commute the sentences for Clinton and Obozo if they want, to time served, to "spare the country the stress of seeing their heroes where they belong".

That's not a kevlar vest Humpback Shrillary is sporting under her bulky coat in mostly gun-free New Zealand. 100:1 she's strapped into an all-day back brace to keep from falling on her face 24/7, like she's been doing for the past two years and more, from advanced Parkinson's.

Shocker: The FFLOTUS, SecState, and current serial felon Felonia von Pantsuit, aka Shrillary Clinton, is now apparently wearing a back brace most of the time, after being "in the peak of health" during the campaign, "not" falling down multiple times, "not" falling on every flight of stairs she so much as looks at, let alone attempts to ascend or descend, and her Secret Service detail "not" being so well-practiced at scooping up her doddering ass that her 9/11 fall during the campaign was as well-practiced as a ballet maneuver, when they seamlessly scooped her bag of bones up, flung her crippled carcass into a van, and bundled her off to parts unknown for some quick medial care at "not" a hospital during the peak of the 2016 campaign.

Doctors (and myself) then and now maintain that Shrillary is, in fact, suffering from advanced stages of Parkinson's Disease, a severe progressive and debilitating neurological impairment of what are medically termed "executive functions" i.e. being able to think, concentrate, and perform the basics of self-locomotion that most two-year-olds have mastered. Y'know, the sort of things presidents seldom if ever are called upon to do day-to-day.

Were she my actual patient, I would treat her professionally, ethically, and considerately, with due regard for patient privacy. Starting with making sure she recognized what was going on, and learn to accept reality.

As she is no such patient of mine, I find it hard to restrain my contempt for the level of duplicity and fraud that has her still maintaining there's nothing physically wrong despite mountains of primary evidence to the contrary going back years, and find her worsening physical impairment to be nothing so much as proof of a benevolent deity supervising the affairs of humankind with ultimate and circumspect justice.

She needs to come clean on her utter lack of health, abject unfitness for any further office, and hope that physical debilitation means that the best prison she ever sees, is being trapped inside her own body as it self-disassembles a la Senator John McCrazy's descent into madness and oblivion, over the few remaining years she has left on the planet.

She still belongs in an actual prison, impoverished and abandoned, but at least there, we can see her in her full warped-body-stuffed-into-a-wheelchair-and-wracked-with-richly-deserved-agony glory she's earned with a lifetime of crime, and a body count that shames the Ted Bundys and Charles Mansons of her serial-killing world, like the portrait of Dorian gray into which she's turning, before our very eyes.

Hopefully she can enjoy the benefits of ObamaCare (nee ShrillaryCare) in greybar prison, and share the fate she attempted to foist on all Americans so long ago.

With or without the bars, this ongoing decline couldn't be happening to a more deserving person on the planet. But it would be nice if it were to unfold just a tad faster.

(MORDOR ON THE POTOMAC) According to Sara Carter, House Intelligence Committee Chairman Devin Nunes revealed Sunday that Congress will hold Department of Justice Attorney General Jeff Sessions in contempt for refusing to turn over classified information the committee has requested, he stated in a phone interview with Fox and Friends.

If Dopey Jeff cannot or will not gain control over a longtime rogue law-breaking cabinet agency, it's time for Pres. Trump to call him into the Oval Office, and tell him point blank "You're fired!", for contempt of Congress, and actionable and prosecutable violations of law.

Ideally, he should do it at a press briefing in front of the assembled media, and announce at the same time that he's firing every Obozo left-over and deep state foot-dragger at DoJ at the same time, and then start with the most senior official left, now the acting AG, and keep tossing them out until he finds one that will follow orders, gain control of the department, and restore the rule of law to the Swamp. And arresting everyone culpable for the ongoing fiasco there since time out of mind. Gitmo is nearly empty, last I heard, but putting up tents inside a chain link pen on the National Mall or in Lafayette Park guarded by federal marshals would do as well.

NLT 9AM EDT tomorrow morning.

There was a time when I would have countenanced shuffling Big Ears over to run ICE or something similar, but this sort of half-stepping in the face of outright treason and law-breaking requires he be dismissed, publicly, rapidly, and with extreme prejudice.

If we're looking for candidates to fill the vacancy, Anthony Napolitano doesn't seem to be doing much these days, and Ann Coulter's been out of federal service for a while, but I'm sure she could slip right back into an assistant AG role like a duck taking to water.

It would be worth it just to see the sheer panic on the morning talking heads shows next week. The line for people turning state's evidence would be three-times-around-the-Justice-Department-block long by Wednesday morning.

If that suddenly puts hundreds to thousands of long-time hack DoJ lawyers on the streets unemployed, or even all of them, and puts the fear of God, the president, and the rule of the people and respect for the written law back into the hearts of any survivors and potential successors, it would be one of the greatest blows for liberty by any sitting president for a century in either direction of time.

Pres. Trump should then order the acting AG to direct special prosecutor Mueller to show cause for the direction of his investigation, explain and release any information leading him to believe there is anything indicating an articulable actual crime within the actual scope of his designated mission has been committed, and inevitably failing that test, should then be compelled to explain publicly why he should not be released for long-standing, deep, and intractable conflicts of interest in any such case, going back to before Day One.

His pending status as a co-defendant in the Uranium One caper would probably give him other things to worry about in short order anyways.

Then he too should be discharged for cause, and the endless and pointless slow-step witch hunt ended immediately.

There is one chief executive in this government, and it is not the bureaucracy at the DoJ, nor is it a political hack trying to birth a functional national coup d'etat into being, slobberingly and breathlessly aided and abetted by the Democrat PR wing, also known as the national press.

The fastest way to do that is also the correct one.
Start swinging the axe, and collecting heads.

Announcing the indictments of everyone violating the law at the Clinton Foundation, starting with Felonia von Pantsuit herself, Shrillary, can wait until Tuesday. Then they can seize all its assets immediately under the RICO Act. There's enough on the record regarding her serial felonies to keep her indicted and in jail or court right up until the pending but inevitable conviction for multiple felonies, including but not limited to compromising national security, official corruption, and potentially treason. 80/20 Fat Bill goes down for good to, and Chelsea is probably going to be doing time in a jumpsuit as well for receiving stolen goods. So much for the First Family Of Crime. Benedict Arnold was getting lonely in the Museum of Treason, so that outcome should boost future tourism there.

(Then we can start on reforming the DoD, and so-called "military justice", WRT traitors and deserters. I expect a lot of the JAG Corps in all services will be similarly and unexpectedly unemployed after being cashiered, probably following courts martial, in batches.)

If the Demoncrats don't like the facts of the 2016, they can run someone again in 2020.
Until then, treason and sedition should be treated as such, and law-breakers should be rounded up and tried in batches, and fed into the same legal machine into which they would cheerfully feed the president, feet-first, an inch at a time, and have attempted top do non-stop since the morning of November 9, 2016. 

Inevitably, the media lapdogs of the DNC will start yapping about the Monday Morning Massacre. That's fine. Have Sarah Sanders start pulling press passes, kick them the f*ck out of the White House proper, and let them file reports from the Ellipse outside, in perpetuity. Washington D.C.'s usual heat and humidity are lovely in the summer, and they would have a chance to interact with the pubic, not least of which the homeless and some of the shadier residents of color with long legal history with the local authorities, for which the District is so famous.
The press getting egged and pelted with rotten produce daily by tourists would be an ancillary bonus worth its weight in gold. And it would free up the vacated space for re-opening the indoor pool under the former Press Briefing Room.

It's time to cut the bullshit, and restore the country to the rule of law, a standard of behavior so long absent from the capitol as to seem an idea foreign to American government.

This information was leaked to far left Vox.com.
Sessions declined to fire the corrupt FBI hacks.

If Sessions can't or won't do his job, start letting people at DoJ go, starting with  him, moving to Rosenswine, and work down until you find someone both honest and motivated to start doing the work of pursuing crime and administering justice in the republic.

If that happens to leave dozens to thousands of former DoJ lawyers unemployed and under a well-deserved cloud of suspicion for attempting a soft coup, that's just tough shit.

If they have to build more federal prison space and get a rush shipment of orange jumpsuits to accommodate the former lawyers and FBI agents suddenly in need of same, that would be the first thing to turn this shit-show around, and get things back on track.

And then prosecute the serial felon herself, Felonia von Pantsuit, and shut the Clinton Foundation down for RICO violations, seize all their financial assets, revoke the owners' passports, and if that creates a financial hardship for Fat Bill, offer to lend him a cell and orange jumpsuit too.

The AG's job is to be a pitbull against crime, not a nancyboy, or a lost little lamb.
Sessions is naught but an incompetent puss, and it's clearly what he intended to be since before the election.

(Gateway Pundit) According to the Senate Judiciary criminal referral, Steele lied to the FBI about his contacts with the media such as Yahoo News and Mother Jones. Steele previously told the FBI that he had not spoken to the media.
Grassley reveals the FBI KNEW Steele lied about his contact with media outlets, yet they DID NOT disclose this very pertinent information to the FISA court.

The referral for possible criminal charges sent from the Senate to DoJ is a gift that keeps on giving.

The referral is for dossier-fabulist Steele, for lying about his contacts with media.
That would make him eligible for charges of lying to the government under 18 USC 1001.

Bonus points: the FBI knew he was lying, and failed to inform the FISC about this fact. That makes then-Director of the FBI Comey, and whoever signed the FISA affidavit from justice - probably Rosenstein - guilty of misprision of felony, under 18 USC 4, for not reporting the fact of that felony to the court.

If Comey and the DAG discussed this joint failure to report the false Steele statements, that makes it a criminal conspiracy  under 18 USC 371.

That's hard federal prison time, bitchez.

Somehow, I can't help but suspect the senators were aware of this when they sent that referral to DoJ.

The prospect of hard time also has a remarkable way of loosening up tongues regarding higher-ups involved in directing the conspiracy.

Look at the mass murder shooting yesterday in Texas, and contrast it with the previous one last month in Las Vegas.

In Vegas, 37 days later, there is still not one credible motive for the attack.
In Texas, in less than 37 hours, the motive(s) are plainly described. If anything, there are multiples of them, ranging from bitter rage at his ex and former in-laws, to atheism, to Leftist whacktardery, on and on ad infinitum.

In Vegas, there is no reason to conclude beyond a reasonable doubt that the guy tagged for it actually carried it out, because no one saw him do it.
In Texas, most of a church-full of people could tell you exactly who did it, and one of the people who saw him do it followed him with a rifle - after shooting him with said rifle - to the point when police finally arrived minutes later to take custody of the corpse.

In neither incident did the police do anything worthwhile in any way to deter, inhibit, nor end either shooting. Their sole contribution, as in 99.9% of shootings, is to unroll barrier tape, chalk outlines around bodies, and gather evidence and fill out reports for trials that will never happen. When seconds count, the police are only minutes away.

Not one of 30,000 gun laws did one single thing to prevent or even delay either shooting.
Nor would any 30,000 more accomplish anything better.

The notionally presumptive Vegas shooter broke no laws until he knocked out windows and opened fire.
The Texas shooter broke every law imaginable, being legally prohibited from even so much as possessing any firearm. Shocking Every Clueless Barking Leftard Moonbat  The Usual Suspects, a homicidal criminal breaks the law, exactly as the definition of the word "criminal" might imply to someone with an IQ greater than their shoe size. (Every politician with a (D) after your name, call your office...)

In both cases, those same Usual Suspects wasted not one moment before beginning their usual insane catcalls to punish everyone who didn't do either crime, by banning more guns (again!), whilst gleefully dancing in the still warm pools of the blood of the victims to do so. Every one of them, from Congressbitch Shitweasel Gabby Giffords, to the retinue of Hollywood misogynist pedophile- and rapist-enabling celebutards, should be castigated verbally and egged  - by the dozen, please - physically, until they grow a verbal filter sufficient to shut their pieholes, pretty much until the grave takes over the task for them when they die of natural causes. In both cases, the media engages in knee-jerk around-the-clock non-stop coverage, but only to gin up their well-deserved flagging ratings, and to service their own anti-gun agenda, while contributing nothing but ass-gas to the discussion, and shunting 50 more important daily stories into the dustbin, stopping just short of tying strings to the bloody corpses and using them as marionettes on live TV.

In neither instance does anyone, on any side, think the problem is too few laws, nor too many guns.

Notably absent in both cases, as in the case of the New York Not-So-Smart-Bomb truck driver jihadist, is any call for rounding up the people culpable, killing them judicially and rapidly whenever possible, or cracking down in any way on the low-hanging fruit in any such instance, which is the B-team redshirts waiting in the wings. That crackdown should also preclude the inevitable next attempt for the Body Count Gold Medal the media is always itching to re-confer, with millions of dollars of free publicity given to oxygen-thieving jackholes who should by law have their names and likenesses stricken from all public discourse after 24 hours, and be otherwise expunged from history, on pain of punitive fines so huge and draconian as to give even professional football-playing felons and Silicon Valley tech wizards pause before breaking the taboo.
All further reference, by law and custom, should be to "Douchebag 20171105", et al, in perpetuity.

And the FCC should award licensing fees for broadcast permits at the commercial market rate per second of publicity for the aforementioned douchebags, starting with the eleventh such second of air time in any calendar year, as a penalty bonus for every TV and radio station in the country. Call it pay to play. When even NYFC and L.A. stations couldn't afford to glorify such visigoths by Day Two, they would, of necessity, return to covering the rest of the news, in short order.

There's even the bare possibility that they might recollect another loathsome subject, a world-class felon, who's caused more grief and anguish to more people, while breaking more laws than either shooting perpetrator, and who, by any reasonable standard, has accumulated a far higher body count than both of them combined:
