We have happily disagreed with Denninger when he has tiptoed into medical waters over his head, which has been frequently, and we will likely do so again, but this post is not any of those times.
In so many words, two judges out of three at the 9th Circus have ruled that the COVID-19 mRNA shots are not vaccines, and therefore there is no basis under U.S. law by which they may be required as a condition of employment nor any other compelling rationale, and that any such requirements necessarily constitute a violation of the individual's personal right to make medical decisions for oneself.
TL;DR: Suck it, Vaxxholes. Strong message follows.
You are heartily encouraged to hie thee hence and RTWT, as this decision affects not just the Death Jabs, but pretty much every other so-called vaxx currently in existence.
Any injection which, unlike the smallpox vaccine (no longer given since that disease was eradicated in humans decades ago), does not prevent acquisition and transmission of a disease is merely an elective medical treatment, and as such, entirely within an individual's sole personal right to accept or reject all by themselves, solely as their own counsel and conscience dictate.
1) Giving TPTB the middle finger is now back in style.
2) The lawsuits for damages for employers who held to the contrary are now green-lighted, and are going to be a growth industry for the next 80 years, including against former military service members vs. the DoD, and anyone else terminated for their refusal to take the Jab.

The case will likely end up in front of SCOTUS because of the DoD component when someone files and cites this decision (which was on behalf of LAUSD education employees), but it's unlikely to be reversed at any level.
Meaning countless employers who went all Gestapo in 2020 are about to take it right up the ass, sideways, with a rusty chainsaw, and deservedly so.
Mandated medical treatment just had an oak stake driven through its heart.
And the court just ruled what we've said all along:
NOBODY ON THE PLANET HAS BEEN VACCINATED AGAINST COVID-19.
Never. Not once.
And in case no one clued you in, no one's looking for a vaccine, either. At least, no more than OJ was ever out looking for "the real killer".
Think about that.
The government's medical authorities knew everything the 9th Circus ruled was true, years ago.
So ask yourself, that being the case, why they pushed the Jab button so hard, for so long.
From where I'm sitting, it looks like the Suddenly™ Effect was intended as a feature, not a bug. And that five year timeline to developing pericarditis kicks in starting next year. I hope not, because I don't like to think about work without 2/3rds of my colleagues. But choices have consequences, and some mistakes in life you don't get to make twice.
There could be an awful lot of "Help Wanted" ads coming soon. Pay close attention. Time alone will tell.

Don't know if it has anything to do with previous blocking but I got a security warning when I visited your site today. Haven't had that happen before and it hasn't happened for other sites I visit
I am one of the financial backers of this LAUSD lawsuit, as well as being a plaintiff in my own lawsuit against a major medical organization.
The DOD lawsuit is in progress. Never fear.
We are currently in 3 or 4 circuits, and the low level circuit courts are doing their very best to avoid making sensible decisions. But when even the 9th circus sees how you're twisting the law, there's a good chance you will eventually see some justice. It just takes forever to make its way through the system.
I'm betting Denninger's OP got banned or shadow-banned for the same reason mine did: failure to parrot the official narrative.
Talk about closing the barn after the horses escape. 4 years later, after the damage is done they rule....on this ONE "vaccine". Meanwhile the same criminals who brought us COVID are busy doing " gain of function" experiments on avian flu. When they are satisfied they WILL release it...and they WILL have another "vaccine" they will FORCE onto society by any and all means necessary. And once again...YEARS after the damage is done some idiot in black robes will get around to issuing some useless pointless massively tardy opinion. And NOBODY has yet to get the companies behind this into court let alone get any damages out of them.

The ruling in July kills the course of action ever again, for the same reason nobody, including the passengers and pilots, are ever going to let terrorists hijack a plane again.
I've been reading Denninger's MT website for at least 15 years. IF memory serves, he made two changes: one pre-COOF & the other during the COOF:
- the 1st change was dropping many/most non-pinned posts older than three months from public & registered user access.
- the 2nd change was adding another part, the NAD (non-advertising) side, into which he placed posts that contradicted the narratives & drew the ire of TPTB.
While I would like to think the employees dismissed for refusing to take "the jab" will be Made Whole if they bring suit, I suspect the companies will successfully argue that they were acting in good faith, based on the advice those companies were being given from the CDC, and Pres Biden's EO on the vaccines for large companies.
The military question is even more interesting. Will those service members involuntarily separated be given back-pay?

As you can well imagine, it would be a global debacle.
No one's received a smallpox vaxx in about 40 years, IIRC.
So it would spread like wildfire, and wipe out all the younger generation.
When I was a child, it was the bane of the Turd World, and played no small part of keeping world population in check. It killed 300M-500M in the 20th century, and knocked off and avg. of 2M people/yr, out of 12M new infections annually, and ultimately killed 33% of those infected until it was finally vaccinated out of existence (except in bio-warfare labs) in the late 1970s, being declared eradicated officially in 1980.
It is not a pestilence one would ever wish to make a return.
There are companies now developing smallpox vaccines again, mostly for health care workers just in case. While Vaccinia (cow pox) was the original, I guess they're tweaking it - there were risks with it including you can still go blind if you touch the little sore you get from the vaccine and then touch your eyes, due to keratinitis.
Cowpox is still nowhere near as bad as smallpox, but the biggest risk from smallpox besides getting it in your eyes is droplet inhalation, something easily managed with standard precautions like gloves and masking when in a patient room. Just food for thought if it ever does break out again.
