It's almost like living in America, and the Constitution mattered. One could almost get used to this.

I notice now that the Libs are bypassing the SCOTUS ruling using the edge case that 'legacy' admissions should be eliminated. They miss the parallel that such an action might be ensnared by 'free association' constructs outlined in the first amendment. Worst case? A corporation could make a claim they are being coerced to associate with a labor union and that labor law as it is now defined is unconstitutional.
I love it when the "emanations and penumbras" crowd gets thumped.
