B'Bye, F**kface, Hope It Was Worth It

"Hey, wouldn't it be hilarious if the witness who absolutely exonerated the guy we're prosecuting totally without any legal merit whatsoever, spilled the beans about that on the witness stand live on national TV and...wait, WHAT?!?"

The prosecutors may have passed the Wisconsin bar, but we're betting they don't pass another bar the rest of their lives without drowning their sorrows in gallons of alcohol, and thinking about what their lives could have been like if only they weren't such worthless disreputable scummy fuckton bags of shit.

The judge in the trial should move to have the prosecution disbarred immediately, and dismiss the charges against Rittenhouse with prejudice. And if legally permissible, set aside all sovereign immunity for the entire D.A.'s office and Kenosha PD for the civil trial in response that's now a metaphysical certainty.

After which, every criminal case these assclowns ever prosecuted is going to be appealed, re-opened, and the defendants set free, for cause.

Personally, we're sincerely hoping they simplify things all around, and just blow their own brains out, by way of apology for their criminal soulless lack of character. We mean that literally, physically, and immediately. Today, if not sooner. The mean IQ in that courtroom alone would go up 20 points.

  1. The lawyer's facepalm was a marvelous thing to see.
The memes are gonna be even better!

  2. Malicious prosecution indeed. You ought to look into who is related to whom in the DA and Mayor's office and the local PD.

  3. WROL. While your scenario is much to be hoped for, do not forget that there no longer is such a thing as "Rule of Law" in this country. Law, for TEPTB (E for evil) is simply a cudgel to be wielded at their discretion at any opposition, and otherwise ignored completely. Face palm or not, there is no shame in these people, and they will never openly admit a mistake.
It's gonna hafta burn before it has any chance of getting better. It's gonna be ugly for a very long time here.

  4. Wisconsin has “diploma privilege” for grads of UW Law and Marquette Law. If you graduate from one of the two in-state law schools, no bar exam is required to practice law in Wisconsin.

  5. I sent Kyle 250 bucks...262 after agreeing to pay the service fee to the f'n new york bankers who own the system of moving money in this country...

freekyleusa.com I know it's a weird, almost comical website (freeky le usa?) but his mama and some black sheriff started emailing me almost immediately so...I think it's legit...

    God bless His own...

  9. Today wasn't *as* bad, but it was nearly so. The photographer was a joy to watch on the witness stand.

  10. Richie the photographer guy also confirmed he was asked to change his story after the prosecutor tried to state that we did not ask you to change your story. Word on twitter this a.m. is that a police officer was told by a prosecutor not to execute a search warrant on one of the victims phone because it had exculpatory evidence so this story is getting better.

  14. It only takes one (1) juror - and I think they'll be more than one, if it's not an outright acquittal, that will not be intimidated into 'going along with the crowd' - for a hung jury and mistrial.

  15. While I hope Kyle walks and there are massive civil suits that go in his favor, I don't expect any of the bad actors to pay any price whatsoever.

Oh, come on - these guys, even if they are fired (and that'll happen when a flock of flying pigs blots out the noonday sun) they'll have very well-paying jobs as CNN or MSNBC legal consultants...which they'll try to parlay into a run for Congress in a few years.
