What Did You Know, And When Did You Know It...

Things are ramping up today back in DC at the House Oversight Committee:
In a letter obtained by Fox News, committee Chairman Devin Nunes, R-Calif., posed a string of dossier-related questions to current and former intelligence, law enforcement and State Department officials. He specifically wants to know when they learned the document was funded by Democratic sources, and how it was used to obtain one or more surveillance warrants at the secret Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Court.
In the Feb. 20-dated letter, Nunes even threatened to issue subpoenas.
Addressees included intel kings Comey, Clapper, Brennan, etc.

On a cold, crisp DC morning, you could probably hear the sphincters tightening when that letter hit their mailboxes.

  1. As I have iterated in the past, just as Noriuchi et al were never accountable, neither will be the rug merchant (Brennan) and friends.

Do you remember when the door mock-up for Mrs Weaver was used during a "Congressional Investigation"?

Another comedy in the tragic sense.

  2. I hope those subpoenas are standing by.

  3. Great work, Aesop.
Tucker Carlson was just interviewing Devin Nunes on his show and he made reference to this letter. It was pretty cool to bring it up while they were talking and show it to my bride.

    Thanks!

  4. Letters. Letters. Letters.

There is ample evidence to indict Hillary Clinton on numerous federal law violations. Instead of "lock her up" the POTUS has decided to attack Freedom directing Sessions to start banning firearms devices. But he won't direct Sessions to indict Hillary Clinton.

I believe I've been duped by POTUS 45.

  5. There's an angle to this I just don't get. Haven't heard a word about it from anyone.

If the FISA court was duped by the FBI, using this absurd "dossier", that makes the FISA court a victim of fraud. So why isn't the FISA court punishing the FBI? Perhaps not accepting any arguments for warrants from them; perhaps saying those agents/managers are unwelcome in the court ever again - or at least until further notice.

  6. It's a secret court, so we'd never know.

Indictments for those offenses are the purview of the AG, and theoretically Mueller.
Like that'll happen, since he's in the tank for Shrillary and her cronies already.

A better solution is to get rid of the FISA courts, and bring justice back into the light of day, out in the open.
