Remedial Education

Too many, perhaps all of us, are going to learn the truth of this in coming months and years. The Buyer's Remorse is going to be epic, reminding people with the long-term memory of fruit flies what 2018-2020 looked like, hopefully without the ChiComs suffering another containment failure of their biological experiments. He, sadly, isn't in Supermax, but at least Fauci isn't funding any gain of function games with our enemies. Wait, that isn't happening with his idiot successors, right? RIGHT?!?

So buckle up. It's going to be a bumpy ride from here on out, and the two-year hiatus ended Tuesday about 9PM EDT. With a less-than-zero chance that DJT maybe the last nominal Republican you see in the White House for a decade. It remains to be seen.

A lot of people want to pin this on Trump, the war on Iran, ICE raids, and any other twelve things.

Um, no, fucktards. That's your confirmation bias, slapping you in the back of the head. But feel free to explain to the class why Iran launching NUCLEAR missiles into the ten nearest countries next time is a good thing. Personally, this should be Trump's cue to start every B-52 in the inventory to start doing rounders from Diego Garcia to Iran, until they're bombed back to 700 A.D. They might one day become a problem, but not in our lifetimes. Turn their oil assets over to a third party, and start using the income for reparations, to the countries they've attacked, including any claims by Ukraine for their drone sales to Putin. Gas back at $3/gallon, our enemies bankrupted, and our allies funded, by Iranian oil. We haven't had a trifecta like that since Reagan used Iranian cash to fund the contras against the communists in Nicaragua. This time, just do it openly. We've only got two years, so why the hell not? The Arab states will privately cheer. They like Iran even less than Israel does. And if your only response to any of that boils down to "Jooooooooooos!", you've already lost the debate. But that problem has Jack and Squat to do with Tuesday, for 99.8% of voters who stayed home in droves.

This wasn't a referendum on Trump. The way you know that is Trump carried all those suddenly-blue counties by 10-25 points just two years ago. Yuuuuuugely, IOW. Largely by promising to do exactly what he's been doing since his second Inauguration.

So, you know who was on the ballot, and didn't do any such thing?
A rogue's gallery of squishes, fucktards, RINOs, and Republicrats, who sat with their thumbs (or other body parts) jammed so far up their worthless asses, they couldn't be bothered to get the message out that inflation - even with the current diesel debacle - is down by epic amounts just two years after the reign of Alzheimer's Joe. It's expected that Biden doesn't know this, but apparently, nobody at the RNC thought those were important talking points for the last nine months either.

And the GOP, who loves to tell us all the wonderful red-meat things they're going to do - whenever they're out of power, and have not a f**king snowball's chance in hell of even getting them out of committee - when they had full unhindered control of the House and Senate, they did not one goddamned thing to advance Trump's agenda, not codifying executive orders into hard-wired law, not cutting any of the programs Musk identified in 0.2 seconds as pure fraud, waste, and abuse, not going after and referring for indictment and prosecution the Biden cronies who auto-penned most of previous administration in a soft coup for years, and doing, on any 200 things they promised when they couldn't do it, not a single thing on ANY of 200 2024 promises Trump's re-election mandated when they could.

The last time someone in a position to fix something everyone was clamoring for, and sent a "FUCK YOU!" in return so massive it could be seen from space, was Kathleen Kennedy at Disney, setting fire to Marvel, Star Wars, and Indiana Jones all at the same time. The Republican congress 2024-present? "Kathleen, hold my beer..."

And Tuesday, Republicans found out that a huge chunk of non-affiliated voters will bolt the minute they see you unzipping to piss on their heads, like the GOP congress of the last two years, and in a parting shot, those voters just zipped the GOP's junk in their own zipper. Word to your mother, you feckless, helpless, dithering, do-nothing bitches: The country will miss your ilk like a dose of herpes.

If, by some outright miracle, the GOP ever has the White House, Senate, and House all at the same time, they'd better catch a cluebat, and perform like William Tecumseh Sherman marching through Georgia on the Left's biggest sacred cows, and leave the other side nothing but scorched earth and chimneys to rebuild on.

As it is, pissing away control to a 50-vote lopsided Congress, and a ten-vote Senate, the GOP went from kings to the Whigs circa 1860, and unless the people and the pundits kick them in the nuts for this epic disaster every day, and so hard the remaining squishes can taste their own nuts and shoe polish from that gonad-kicking, and take the lesson to heart, it's 1932 all over again for those dickheads.

Which is going to make Spicy Time about 100 times more likely, probably for the lifespan of anyone reading this.

The lunatic Left has been telling you what they think they're going to do about your guns, and the camps they're going to put you in, since 2020 at least. Some of them, a lot longer.

You're about to find out they weren't kidding, and Trump's veto is a thin reed to depend on, and is only going to avail for a couple of years, at best.

After that, it's going to come down to who you can find to reverse things, if anyone. Or what you're prepared to do about it. On a spectrum from annoyance to far more kinetic forms of discontent.

Time to check your hole cards, kids. The odds of dying peacefully in your beds went waaaaay down this week. And unless you're planning on rolling over, and hoping the crocodiles eat you last, you'd better start re-thinking the meaning of phrases like "our lives, our fortunes, and our sacred honor." There's a margin call coming, and we're about to find out if we've just been left without a chair, or if the chair is against the wall.
