I wonder. Is Israel Massad that good or is Chinese air defense gear so much crap? I mean, Israel decapitated the top Iranian DoD types, some in their beds, and had control of the air in under 12 hrs.
remember, israel is likely writing the code (through 3rd parties and cut-outs) for these air defense systems use. not long ago in syria, israel had the russian S-300 systems in a boot-crash-reboot cycle that took them out of action, and the rumor is they did it with a coded signal. it might have been similar to the "divide by zero" problem that took down most of the navy's aegis systems back about 20 years ago.
The Mossad is good (far better than our Crony Intelligence Assholes) but not infallible as was proven. As to control of the air, any customer that expects Russia or China to send them first tier electronics equipment for defense, deserves what results. I for one would be a tad more concerned about those two China freighters arriving in Tehran, would not put it past the little bastards to sell a few tactical nuclear weapons to Sistani on the quiet, just to see how they pan out in actual combat (please refer the the first bit about first tier stuff). We shall see in short order, especially if some U.S. forward base takes a hit though it is more likely to be Israel than say Syria. Stay aware, stay alive.
It is either "no boots on the ground" or pointless wailing about World War III from every clown vaguely right of the Left these days.
ReplyDeleteWill someone please tell them that letting dictators do what they want was what got us into World War II in the first place?

ReplyDeleteit can't be both?
