Got to be beyond the Margin Of Cheat this time ...
Unfortunately 'Cheat" has no margin. In 2020, a city in Wisconsin had a district that reported 125% voter turnout. I guess the electors just applied the overage to districts that had undervotes. Easy Peasy.
Nation wide there was 133 million registered voters yet 155 million voted. That was even reported by the FEC. Yup most secure election evah!
