The post title is taken from the private notebook of a young gentleman from California, then in his early twenties, while attending the United States Military Academy at West Point, a proud graduate of the class of 1909. You may have heard of him.

The advice is as sound now as it was then.

    Now if we can somehow some way keep conservatives from wetting their panties at the mearest whisper of racist or maga extremist and quit getting rolled by libs/deep state for every CR or reduction in spending closing down the border we could actually turn this ship around.
