Bad fit on the joints, too high amps and probably dragged the puddle too slow and got burn thru. Now if someone will serve me Biden's butt on a platter I will give him a bad case of slag.
It looks like something I've done. You know, when you watch welding videos on Youtube, it all looks easy. I thought to myself "This can't be that hard." And, my first few attempts doing spot welding turned out OK. Then I tried a few larger projects. My first five or six attempts all looked like that.
