Our Americans ignorance of the rest of this planet is outstanding. Like stepping in cow $hit and wondering where the smell comes from. A really good clue to the whole Gaza thing is a simple question. Why don't any neighboring countries in the middle east want Palestinians on their turf?
I would have thought even left-wing college students would have figured out by now that if you don't punish people for shoplifting, the amount of shoplifting increases.
Similarly, when people who can't think straight weep and wail about all the innocent human shields, they are making a similar outcome in the future inevitable.
Yes, it is terrible what is happening to those who are truly innocents here, but FFS, you see military age men hauling crates of weapons into a basement apartment in your complex that cannot possibly hold all that, MOVE! NOW! Even better, YESTERDAY! If you won't do it for yourself, do it for your kids.
