I've posted this one before. And may do it again. I heard it live and in-person, when it was still fresh news to me. Risen Indeed! "Reversing Hermon" by scholar Dr. Michael S. Heiser dives into what happened during the dive into Hades and adds to his other works "The Unseen Realm" "Angels" and "Demons". Sadly Dr. Heiser has moved into the unseen realm last month but his work remains to learn from. He now knows the full truth!
