Zeitgeist

 h/t WRSA

This is our submission to Boriquato.

The current administration, in one panel.

While we enjoy the predicament Vlad's gotten himself into, we are under no illusions that they are ten feet tall and shoot lightning bolts from their eyes.

The regime's desperate antics to distract from eleventy other ginormous self-inflicted problems heading into mid-terms are hilarious, in a clowns-in-a-Volkswagen driving off a cliff sort of way.

For John Wilder: How did the hunter know there were clowns sneaking up on him?

He heard a funny noise.

  1. A distraction may buy someone a bit of time to fix things.

A constant stream of distractions, however, doesn't really help people's opinion of you.
Especially if the distractions are pretty terrible in their own right. Puking on yourself isn't a good distraction for pissing your pants.

  4. Hasn't anyone noticed how much like a hairless rat Putin looks like? Push him into a corner and he will react like one. So far, he's just been giving warnings about the world getting into his personal space; but keep pushing and the real Putin will (in the West's eyes) overreact. At the rate things are going, the civilians in far more areas than the Ukraine will be fed into the meat grinder. Our apologist-in-chief is there to spout non-sense, ring his hands and be sacrificed as needed. The puppet masters have made it certain that his replacements are thoroughly broken to lead and will be sacrificed as needed. Ike warned us about the military/industrial complex and it is stronger than ever and will be the ONLY beneficiary of this mess.
