A Cautionary Tale

h/t Wilder

Also razors, soap, deodorant, and the Lever. Including the one on a toilet tank.

A picture may sometimes be worth a thousand words, but a bad one is never worth 1000 IQ points.

So if you're going to tell a story in pictures, select them carefully. And beware of memes you didn't make yourself.

And never ask rhetorical questions you haven't thought about, or to which you do not know the answer(s).

John knows better, but the genius who came up with the original meme clearly never took a chance on the second grade.

Not so funny when you turn up the brightness.

Making a meme, like everything else, is harder than it looks to the Dunning-Kruger crowd.

The essence of comedy is Truth. Stupidity is just farce, where you're the punchline.

Always, always: Make Good Choices.

  1. YOUR use of any of those things does not fail because of MY non-use.

  2. Which is exactly why that meme fails.
It didn't ask that, did it?
Ask the wrong question, get the wrong answer, every single time.
Don't use memes from jackasses: problem solved.

  3. Off topic,
I was trying to find that post of yours where you talked about the rice and something (bullion?) recipe/stockpile.
Mind pointing me in the right direction?

  5. Speaking of stockpiling food, a dehydrator is a handy thing to have. Don't buy one that doesn't have a fan and adjustable thermostat, IE, the El Cheapo ones.

I have a Snackmaster that is over 20 yrs old, and still going strong. It has made countless lbs of jerky, fruit rollups, even dehydrated mixed veggies.

Quick and easy meal has the following:

1 pk chicken flavor ramein noodles
1 5oz can of Sweet Sue chicken
    1/3 cup dehydrated mixed vegetables.

    Cheap, easy, filling.

  6. That was (in my mind) aimed at The Jab.

  7. To be sure, John.

Which only opens it up to ridicule from the actual vaccines (not to be confused with COVID Not-A-Vaxx) for things like smallpox, polio, tetanus, etc., ad infinitum, which happen to not work if you don't use them.

Whoever made it is sadly well-endowed with neither funny nor bright.
Not really rare in the world at large, but crippling shortcomings for anyone making memes.

BTW, did you see BCEs Easter Island PEZ cartoon featuring the prehistoric Wilder tribe ancestors?
