And then, someone who should know better repeats it, jumping on their own junk with both feet and golf cleats, and trying to paint it - exactly 180° out from reality - as an exercise in the Army training to hunt down freedom fighters, rather than training SF on how to overthrow tyrannical socialist regimes, by working with the homegrown insurgents, which has been a core mission of SF since ever.
For the fucktards out there who don't get out much:
Robin Sage (the official exercise name since 1974), is Phase V of Special Forces Assessment and Selection training, which even Wikipedia has heard of. The exercise, per se, has been conducted since 1952, when Army Special Forces were newly born, a paltry seventy years (that would be back when Betty White was pushing 30, and still something close to "hot", m'kay?). Per comments elsewhere, this would be the 338th such exercise. IOW, it happens almost as frequently as Nancy Pelosi being drunk and stupid on national television.
The fact that Army Special Forces are once again training a new batch of earnest would-be insurgency instructors to overthrow tyrannical governments does not presage that the entire U.S. Army is going to low-crawl up your driveway and butt-rape you. So stop eating the paste, running with scissors, and re-posting every jackassical thing some shit-for-brains know-nothing moron puts up on the internet as if it was hot off the news teletype.
It shouldn't need to be said, but apparently still does, that anyone too fucktarded to have some inkling of that without being told with a 2x4 applied to the head isn't tall enough to be talking about it on the Internet without adult supervision.
Just saying.
Ah yes, it's the annual Chicken Little syndrome where the clueless run around screaming that the sky is falling. Next they'll begin seeing black helicopters overhead and FEMA trailers.

ReplyDeleteModerna just broke 200 bucks. Wait til they start putting two and two together instead of just following a trend.
ReplyDeleteIf a company had its immunity from lawsuit stripped because of willful malpractice, would that affect the stock price?

About the only reason I go to 90 Miles any more is for the eye candy of Morning Mistress and Hot Pick. On the few occasions where he discusses topics that I have personal knowledge of, he is almost always wrong. This also applies to another site that I won't name, where the writer sandwiches pretty girls between ads for junk jewelry and ill informed opinions.
ReplyDeleteAJ, There are other ways to exact justice than a court room.
ReplyDeleteParticipated in this exercise in the early 80's. About 20 of us Devil Dog's from Lamp Lejeune were transported to a National Forest in NC in civvies, armed with AK's, spent two weeks running around trying to make life for the SF trainees leading us as difficult as possible. While avoiding the 82nd Airborne that was hunting us. Excellent training.
ReplyDelete"You like an entire barrel of fuck exploded on you!"
ReplyDeleteYou, sir, have won the Internet for today with that line. Can't wait for an opportunity to use it. Congratulations :)

Hail Krasnovia!!!
ReplyDeleteDown with Pineland and their vile pancakes!!
Waffles Forever!!!
For the uninitiated, this has been a running joke on author Larry Correia's fan page for a few years, based on Robin Sage.
Yes, thanks for this.
ReplyDeleteI can't speak for today where teams deploy with HumVees, helmets and battle-rattle that looks like Heinlein's Starship Troopers, but when when I went through the Q-course in '86-87, we focused almost entirely on Unconventional Warfare, that is, conducting guerrilla war against an occupying force.
This hysteria over the Army "training to initiate martial law - start a coup" nonsense happen every so often. Then people go back on their meds for a while until the next bit of misinformation emerges.
I'm glad that we have the Innernutz, to wrestle over what's true, and what's not. Thank you for being a voice of reason.
I've lived in the Robin Sage AO since the early 90s. You get used to it. The flares are cool to see in the distance and the far-away hammer of a belt-fed MG is just a lullaby in warmer weather. For the rest of the world, maybe not so much.
ReplyDeletegiven Milqutoast Milley, and the new "woke" army I wouldnt put it past the POTUS and the Congress to "try" to have the Army go after the "people' like "Peleolsi" and C_nt Cheney went after the 1-6 group of

I used to live in an area where trains carrying cars from Detroit to dealers in the Southeast were a major part of the rail traffic. The railroads, through unfortunate experience, had discovered that when car trains were parked in urban switch yards, urban "youths" would break into the cars and steal the radios and hubcaps. So, they enclosed the sides of the rail cars with perforated aluminum that kept the "youths" out but kept the weight penalty to a minimum.
ReplyDeleteImagine my surprise when I discovered on line that a poster on a website had "discovered" that those enclosed cars were actually prison cars that were being staged to haul us all away to the gulag. Not that they don't want to do that at some point in the future, but it doesn't help to get all alarmist about something the poster obviously knew nothing about.
Overthrowing socialist tyrannies?
ReplyDeleteDoes the government of the USSA know about this?
Are there any liberty minded law groups supporting parents against the vax. My ex is pushing for court order for vax.
ReplyDeleteI would appreciate any guidance.
Still waiting for the Intersectional Forces. They're so special!
