Federal District Court in Georgia becomes latest judicial contestant in the ongoing "slap the fuck out of Gropey Dopey Biden" Contest:
"Accordingly, the Court ORDERS that Defendants are ENJOINED, during the pendency of this action or until further order of this Court, from enforcing the vaccine mandate for federal contractors and subcontractors in all covered contracts in any state or territory of the United States of America."
It seems the number of federal district court judges who still have a pair has been substantially underestimated by the illegitimate regime.
Comedy ensues. Let the games begin!
Bonus: US Senate bends Brandon over and pulls a midnight train on him.
Double Bonus: NY Court does same thing to NYFC Mayor deBozo!
👍
ReplyDelete🖕Brandon.
Unfortunately, the feds are still telling the major engineering contract agencies to ignore the court orders and not accept any resumes without proof of vaccination. It really does look as if I am not going to be able to return to professional engineering design work. Sigh.
ReplyDeleteAlso, even the retail chains are requiring proof of being jabbed, at least here in the Cincinnati area. I hate to say it, but I'm glad for Social Security and that my starter wife of 42 years is running our household finances.
What is most upsetting about this, is the number of people that reluctantly got the jab assuming they would soon be out of a job. I believe it was known at the outset that none of these diktats would pass muster under review (clearly unconstitutional)... But that was never the point. The people that would knuckle under during the coercive portion, was the intended goal.
ReplyDeleteThe people doing this to us know what they do, they do it for reasons. Reasons you and I will shoot them in the face for very soon!
Good news. I wish we could get this type of thing daily but every little trickle helps.
ReplyDeleteI'm wondering how many of these rulings are by judges Trump got appointed?
ReplyDeleteSo if the Gommers can ignore the court, doing whatever they feel like doing regardless. Then it is only reasonable that we the people can do the same. If you can call me names, I can call you names. You break rules, I break rules. We either all agree to play by the same rules or we all agree, there are no rules.
ReplyDelete"I am free, no matter what rules surround me. If I find then=m tolerable, I tolerate them. If I find them: If I find them to obnoxious, I break them. I am free because I know that I alone am responsible for everything I do. An armed society is a polite society. Manners are good when one may have to back up his acts with his life."

So you can't go in a store in cincy w/o papers?
ReplyDeleteDoes your car break down often in front of said establishments? Mine would. Every day, right about noon or whenever it gets really busy...
These dumbaxxes are losing even their own followers. Sophomoric, childish, Billgatish, whatever you want to call it...they are broadcasting their lunacy for all to see.
It's about money...it's about the dollar being too strong...yeah, we need a new reserve currency...like ANYONE is going to invest their money in europe or russia or china...what a fu'n laugh riot that would be...
NO ONE IN THEIR FU'N RIGHT MIND WOULD INVEST anywhere OTHER THAN THE USA...ONLY WE HAVE FREEDOM AS FU'N DIFFICULT AS THAT IS FOR SOME OF YOU TO dieGEST...
FREEDOM TO SAY, F U JOE BIDEN AND HAVE IT ECHO ACROSS THE LAND... F U BILL GATES...F U GEORGE SOROS...WE WILL GET THEM JAILED...AND THEY CAN PIXX THEIR MONEY AWAY TRYING TO F WITH US...BUT THEY WON'T EVER CROSS THAT LINE...THIS AIN'T AUSTRALIA.
They did get the vax data base they were wanting tho...soon to be declared unconstitutional.

Still does not affect .fedgov employees. For which I get twice weekly 'comply or else' notes from management.
ReplyDeleteAnd my consistent response is 'I'll take the or else, please.'
My last response Monday:
With Respect,
Can we hurry up and get to the 'or else' portion of the constant threats?
The sooner these constant threats are acted upon, the sooner I can move forward.
In case you do not understand, I'll make it as clear as possible:
"I do not consent, and I will NEVER consent, to ANY employer dictating medical procedures as a condition of employment, let alone life in general.
I will not sign an 'exemption' form that does nothing more than beg for permission to be exempt from an unlawful act, let alone an immoral one.
Plain and simple, my answer is no. And it will continue to be no long after your threats go silent".
However, I'm sure everything above falls on deaf ears as it has up through my current 'chain of command'.
Facts used to matter.
But after almost 34yrs of service to this country, it is readily apparent that facts are no longer relevant.
I can no longer 'support and defend' an organization that has failed to honor their oath to the same Constitution I've sworn my loyalty to nearly a dozen times.
Since I'm sure you're going to pull the favorite quote from the Nuremburg Trials of "I'm just following the orders of my superiors", I'm going to let you deal with the consequences of your actions. Just like I am with my refusal to beg.
So, please, lets hurry up and get to the 'or else' portion so I can stop being threatened daily.
Enough is enough.

Does anybody on this list think that ANY Database once created can be "Declared Unconstitutional" and somehow be totally erased?
ReplyDeleteTyrants don't give up their illegal tools.
We all have sheep ear tags now. So, what are we going to do as the "ocean that rebels swim in gets shallow"?
The last person on the bus *still* goes to the Gulag, ask the Australians and soon it seems the Germans.
Don't get on the bus.
Yeak, But........
ReplyDeleteThe "mandate" may be officially blocked but all businesses know that the Regime holds the purse and whip-hand in grant/contracts and regulatory enforcement. They have the IRS, OSHA, etc which can tie a refusnik in court near unto forever. That was the entire point of the dispute about "private" compsnies doing the censorship instead of the government. You can spend forever in court against a company and if you win, "So What." The "mangerial elite" know how that game is played. They get theirs and you get a participation award. The public, legal battle is a distraction for the rubes.
The Senate vote was entertaining but why should anyone expect the House RINOs to go along when any bill can be vetoed by the hidden committee that realy runs the regime? The regime has the power of selective enforcement against any who ignore their vaccination "suggestion". Like they did with the IRS against any Tea Party supporters. .As long as the GOPe RINOs get their cut, they are perfectly happy to be stage props for the Democrats/Woke/Leftists/Progressives. The court action is theater for the rubes. "They" own the game.
ReplyDeleteThe GOP is a front for a shell game. The "Republican" candidate for Illinois Governor is a closet Liberal/Leftist. Jussie got convicted but will almost certainly get probation since he "played the game" and upped his rank to become a homosexual Black man. He will serve as "proof" that a Black homosexual can't get a fair hearing by the current legal system that ignores his group identities.
Ignore the exterior flash. The real game is in the background.
Mordor must be seething this week . . .
ReplyDelete@ John Wilder.
ReplyDeleteGOOD.
Your post isn’t aging well:
ReplyDelete“ The Supreme Court denied requests for emergency injunctions in two cases challenging the mandates, which would have required the mandates to allow religious exemptions while arguments over the mandates’ legality continued in lower courts.”

Your legal comprehension isn't aging well:
ReplyDeleteSCOTUS is refusing to take emergency action, when federal district and state supreme court's including that in NYFS, have already thrown out multiple mandates, nationwide.
Call me if and when they decide to rule on this, if it lives that long.
All they did was refuse to get involved, at this point.
Watching Court TV is a fine thing, but the law is not a football game just because it's televised.
