    I watched him speak for 20sec the other day, bout

    That is the first time i have heard him speak in yrs. he Never, had anything to say for me.

    He's got profound dementia/Alzheimer's. He was never a very sharp crayon even back when he had all his mental faculties, and he's way beyond that horizon now.
    And it's progressive, and irreversible.

    It's going to reach the point here they can't cover for it any longer.
